Absolutely not. He had already said Malcador’s name multiple times in that conversation by then. It was not Malcador he was trying to say. That’s obvious. And since it was Literally Laurie Goulding who wrote the story The Last Council which that scene takes place in…and he also hosted the Great Crusade Forum, AND had McNeill write the lore for it, this cannot be ignored or disregarded as him saying Malcador. According to the man who literally invented all 20 legions, and all 21 primarchs…despite their role as the executioners they were not the ones who brought censure to the lost legions…though they do have that reputation. Think Lt. Spiers on Band of Brothers. Anyway, I laid this all out, with lore references, stating each book and source I used. And used as many quotes from the authors as I could find. Including Rick Priestly absolutely eviscerating the notion of Space Wolves killing a lost primarch. It has been parroted so many times now that people believe it is the gospel truth, but it’s always been fanfic. One vague quote from one space wolf and 20 years later people are still clutching those pearls.

Weird how he keeps showing up in the lore if he's dead. I mean, it doesn't get any more obvious than Deathrow...even before he literally told Beta he was Alpharius it was obvious. And to show up leading the Faceless, and just chill...yeah, that's obvious too. So, I believe it's more like he spreads the rumor that he faked his own death, rather than actually faking his own death. He's the death playing the death who's playing the other death.

It sounds appropriate but I am not familiar with DS9. I loved Star Trek until I had a Trekkie roommate. After seeing literally every TNG at least 15 times (he had Trek on 24/7 almost) I got burnt out. Thus avoided Voyager and DS9. I’m sure it’s good, but I overdosed on Star Trek so hard it’s now something I never want to see again.

Garrack, at least, is just such a compelling character to me, mostly because of how little they actually tell you about him. Another good scene is when they get him to spy on them as a solution to a problem, lol (that scene: kzbin.info/www/bejne/moTcZ5yipcl-oKs ) Also, the prune juice scene is pretty funny. It's like everyone kind of knows he's a spy, but treat him as if he's not. Makes me think of Alpharius/Omegon. :D

Alpharius is the single most loyal Primarch...if you read the AL novels this become obvious. But he is the Emperor's infiltrator and spy...so has to do awful things. But Russ is coming really soon...people have even reported seeing the model. Fulgrim will round out the four gods of chaos, and with Russ and Alparius the loyalists will have 4 vs the chaos 4.

If you cut off a hydra's head what happens? Two more grow back in it's place. So I say, if you kill Alpharius, you get two. So if him and Omegon (the first number 2) died, then there should actually be 4...according to every trait a hydra had in mythology. And the Cabal makes a statement to this point in Legion as well.
