yo what sony headunit is that, im tryna do this to my 09 civic but i also still want to be able to use my aux for music, does doing this remove that?

is there any other way to do this if my head unit only has AUX and USB input?

My Ds light doesnt turn on now, Top screen goes for a second on then the ds turns itself off while the bottom Screen remaining turned off the whole time

the ps2 slim dont have a fan if it does it needs 2b on the bottom where the air vents r and needs to b a better fan non the less

Take care of that PS2. Literally the greatest console ever made. I had them all (including PS5) starting with the first PSX as a teenager.

I've got 4 wiimotes that had corrosion. the battery terminals that are soldered in are tricky. I use vinegar to get rid of the corrosion I apply it with a q-tip. 2000 grit to rough up the minor spots - HAVE to careful so you don't take off too much on the terminal. Great video, I'm watching so I don't miss anything important. *subbed and liked*

Great video. I used this video to replace the UMD drive and the replacement itself was a success. However, the PSP still won't read UMD discs. Any other ideas anyone? The PSP still plays downloaded games fine, so I'm thinking of just using it for downloaded games. I found this PSP in the dumpster at my apartment and I'm just trying to save it.

Is putting a ps2 better for older cars? I’m getting a newer (somewhat lol 2019-2022) honda and have always wanted to have a ps2 in my car

My psp 1001 doesn’t turn on at all mind you I haven’t used it in years so when I picked it up the battery was swollen and I tried a replacement and it still did nothing. the charger works fine but no matter what I do it doesn’t turn on. What would you recommend? Also it’s the first gift I got from a childhood friend so if I can fix it by any means I’ll do it

For ps2 cpu, is it ok to thermal paste or do you need to have thermal pad?

Easiest way to do the screen gasket, cut it on all four corners and apply it one strip at a time. Other than that, bang on job 👌🏻

It hurt to watch you struggle to cram that inverter in there when you can run a PS2 slim almost straight from a cig plug with a small adapter made by intec.

I have a collector’s shop, I work with these, bought the very same kit you did… still have the seringe. This screen has scan lines, theres one that comes built in in the ribbon, that one is clean HD high brightness, cost about the same, much better experience.

If im succesfull repairing my PSP 1000, Im gonna buy a IPS screen next.

What is that black square on the inside of the rear shell? And what did you use to clean the board? I got some second hand wii gear recently and will be taking it apart to paint the shell, but will also clean it if deemed necessary. :)

great video man. ive been looking for other people doing stuff like this for my favorite nintendo handheld, the ds lite. I'm thinking I would do something like this, as well as sand down parts on the outside and adding some cricut vinyls for custom designs on the shells. its hard to find content of other people doing similar things. but I suppose that is good for me if I do figure it out. thanks!
