The burglar bars are unsightly I wish there was a different way to go about it. As well the floor tiles are too bold I’d prefer a more neutral tile for calming effect. However I do love the primary suite, I just would completely rip out all the finishing and start from scratch lol. Lastly maybe because I’m American I’d want the closet part closed off and not openly visible , it gives me anxiety looking at it all.

Those complaining abt trees n greenery must understand that the property in on sale, and the person who buys it ll determine where n where not to plant trees etc. So i believe the buyer ll have the opportunity to design the compound to his or her own taste.

The person who designed this house should have thought about the side and back space it’s so close to the walls, and also missing trees and grass, the little grass needs to be redone so many bumps in the grass

This house should have the elevator recessed into the wall. I notice this home has the mat tiles instead of shiny tile that I like. this kitchen is well designed but the cabinets should go right up to the ceiling , but for the size of the house the kitchen is fairly small. There should be a walk in pantry. the bathrooms should not have floating vanities, the should have full vanities sitting on the floor for storage and all these bedrooms should have proper walk in closets. All these homes have a lot of wasted spaces. it will be very expensive to furnish theses spaces. You don't need to show all the bedrooms they are all identical. If these houses have security there should be no need for prison bars. textures, if these are mansions and luxury these houses should portray that. Office space should not be off the bedroom.

How much does it cost, in America, u can pay cash for a $1 Million homes and if you don't have the means to pay the property tax, you'll going to lose the home, in some areas, a million dollar home can cost you $50,000 yearly in property tax, don't know how much in GHANA, but I do know certain people will sell the same house multiple times, big property scam there. 3. where is property located, are there modern roads to get there, does area flood, and also who are your neighbors, I brought a house in New Port Richey Fl, when I walk, the white neighbor hood, Kra'kas sic their dogs on me, and cops does absolutely nothing about them, I had to eventually quit walking, I still sleep with a GLOCK UNDER MY PILLOW, ALL THE WHITE OWNED PROPERTY IS WORTH WELL OVER 600 GRAND, MY BEST OFFER IS $400 GRAND FOR MINE, AT LEAST NOBODY WILL HAVE THAT PROBLEM IN GHANA. RACE MATTERS IN AMERICA
