Stop telling everyone everything, and this is why.
We need an inner circle or "Circle of significance" in our lives. We need a few people in our lives we can trust, we need an inner circle. These people will help us reach our goals, strive for better versions of ourselves, be honest, give us feedback, challenge us and more.
You don't need to tell everything to everyone. You just need a few good people you can trust. You obviously need to take accountability for who you talk to and what about. It is different for everyone.
