I know you feel alone, but you can do plenty of things to get yourself to a point you don't even think about.
Loneliness is more common than I thought, even people with insanely big families that seem happy can still feel very lonely. The point is everyone one way or another experiences loneliness as a collective.
Here are 5 tips for loneliness;
1. Find your people
2. Talking to people regularly (even if they aren't in your inner circle)
3. Creating a strong inner circle (Find 5 people aligned with your values)
4. Create a goal to breach your comfort zone and talk to 3 new people each week
5. Introduce going outside every day to be around people.
