You'd be better off in a homeless shelter, I used to live in a homeless hostel they never put the radiators on so I bought a fan heater and put it on all the time they got enough rent per person off the Government and most people didn't buy a heater, more fool them.

It's alright saying there's enough trees when you live in America that's massive and not inhabited a lot. In Britain there aren't any trees if everybody started cutting trees down they'd be gone in no time.

We had a Keurig, which we thought was awesome. But I ended up buying us a pour over set up and a little stove top kettle, to use when traveling in our RV with overnight stays off grid (boondocking). And we were amazed and decided that the "pour over" coffee is absolutely delicious. Its so much richer, truly an awesome cup of coffee. Its almost as good as a "french press", which is the best coffee IMO. We ended up also getting an electric kettle, (just to make the process even quicker) and we never went back to the coffee machines. We ended up ditching the Keurig. We make pour over coffee every morning. You can make it by the cup, or make a couple of extra cups and put extra in a thermos. The pour over makes an incredible cup of coffee, its quick & easy, plus it takes up less space, which is perfect for tiny living. (They even make a collasable pour over filter for campers). And if you use a gas stove, the Pour Over doesnt require any juice from electric/batteries. But if you dont have running water which makes the filter easy to clean, then u would definitely want to get the pour over filters..... Im new to your channel so not exactly sure of your situation. I think you are in a RV and maybe off grid. But we have lived in our RV for several years, and I will say that the propane RV furnace works great. Plus it can help to keep your water lines from freezing. They are really pretty safe, (as long as you have a Co2/propane detector, jus t to be cautious). And we just use small electric heaters off & on as needed for supplemental heat. For example, I keep a small electric heater in the bathroom to use as needed, especially for showering. If your furnace doesn't work for some reason, then I think the safest thing to use would be a good electric heater with saftey features. I think the best one that would warm the entire RV, are the ones that are pretty good size and designed inside of what looks like a wooden box. They are really nice, they do not get hot to the touch and they have a thermostat. Plus they actually work well to use almost like an end table. Or in our first RV, we put one of those pretty small electric fireplaces units in it. They are basically just electric heaters. The one we had was pretty small and it was designed to actually look more like a small wood stove. That little thing easily warmed up our entire 30 ft RV by itself, when we didn't want to use the furnace. Plus it was super cute. And they really are prettty safe. We dont usually use electric heaters when we go to bed, but if we needed to, Id feel pretty safe using one of those over the ones that u have to be concerned about adequate ventilation. Whatever you decide, just make sure you have a working CO2/ gas & smoke detector, plus a fire exstinguisher, just to be safe. And we have a "real" down comforter on our bed in the RV. I know electric blankets are nice, but we have experienced losing electric one too many times, so we prefer the down comforter. It is the best. We have actually ran out of propane in the middle of the night before, causing our furnace to shut off while we were sleeping, and it was in temps well below freezing..... But we never even realized that we had no heat, and that it was freezing in our RV until we actually got out of bed and realized we could see pur breath it was so cold. 😮 Because we were so warm under that down comforter. So I swear by them. Enjoyed your video. I wish you the very best. And stay warm.

My dad and stepmom use to camp all the time in their van and sometimes in the winter and they used a Mr Buddy heater, this was approximately 10 yrs ago or more as he passed away in 2016 , but he use to rant & rave about how warm they were and sometimes they would be gone for a week . They never had any issues in their van with that heater. I also have had customers that live in the mountains ( I live in Arkansas) , that live in trailers that also use them to heat with all winter long and they swore by them as well. I know there are people telling you negative things but if they're that bad , I would assume people wouldn't be buying them, using them nor referring them. Whatever it is you decide, I pray you keep warm 🙏

DONT BUY A BUDDY HEATER! THEY ARE DANGEROUS,THEY DONT HEAT A ROOM MORE THAN 8FT X8FT THATS THE BIG BUDDY HAS A FAN,THEY BURN THRU PROPANE VERY FAST! A 20LB TANK THEY SAY LAST 40HRS ON HIGH THATS A LIE! THEIR WHOLE CHART IS MISLEADING,THE LITTLE BUDDY DOESNT HAVE A FAN SO HEAT JUST COMES OFF THESE CERAMIC PLATES AND DONT HAVE ANTTHING CLOSE TO THE FRONT OF IT,IT IS AN OPEN FLAME AND IT HEATS LESS SPACE THAN THE BIG BUDDY,THEY DO HAVE FUMES DONT LISTEN TO ANYONE WHO TELLS YOU DIFFERENT THEY BURN THRU PROPANE FAST AND SOME PEOPLE HAVE HAD THEM EXPLODE I BOUGHT 3 AND WAS SORRY THAT I DID,EVERYONE I KNOW THAT HAVE ONE SAY THEY ARE CRAP AND THE FANS DONT LAST LONG. DID YOU CONSIDER A SMALL PELLET STOVE LESS DANGER THAN A WOOD STOVE IT FEEDS ITSELF ONCE YOU FILL THE HOPPER,LESS ASHES,EASIER TO CLEAN LESS CHANCE OF ANY CHIMNEY FIRES,BURNS MUCH CLEANER THAN WOOD,YOU CAN BUY LARGE BAGS THE SIZE OF MULCH BAGS,OR MAYBE A MINI WOODSTOVE YOU CAN COLLECT TWIGS IF EMERGENCY

So... I have not watched every one of your videos and perhaps you have already mentioned this...but I'm compelled to ask if the propane furnace in the trailer works? Are there any issues with the propane system? Did the trailer come with propane tanks? I live in my class c rv full time and am fortunate to be in a spot with utilities but when it gets below freezing I still use the rv furnace to supplement the electric. And if the power goes out I still have heat and can cook. If you have a working system get a tank on there and at least set that temperature to 45 to 55 so things including yourself don't freeze. Having it so cold inside also can kill your power station and then you are really in trouble and could freeze in your sleep. I get you are trying to save money and use what you have because I am in a similar boat. If you have a working propane system and furnace then you should try and use that. Yes it's an expense but any heat source is an expense. Even in the old days people still had to work for their wood. My neighbor has a similar sized trailer and goes through about 2- 30 lb tanks a month. She only heats with propane and also cooks uses hot water and runs her refrigerator on it. Anyway this has been a thought on my head for a few of your videos so I'm just throwing it out there. If I missed the fact that your propane is not usable then I apologize for bringing it up. Best Wishes and toasty thoughts... ❤

Your. windows allow a big loss of heat, Thrift store blankets for curtains, will keep the heat in if you get a Mr. Buddy. If you heat your space up before. you sleep, the room will remain warner if insulated. No need to have the heater on all night with your electric blanket..A canister only lasts about 5 hours on the low setting of a mister buddy if run continually. What I do is turn it on for 10 or 15 minutes, and it warms things up. Also, I put the Mr. Buddy on the floor, and then put an angled piece of cardboard, or the like, on the back, with the top leaning of the heater a couple of inches below the top , with the bottom edge angled away. Then I put a fan on the floor, aimed down toward the bottom of the slope, on lowest setting, and this blows hot air toward me. Also, if you invest in a 20lb propane tank, and a refill kit (a valve that attaches to the tank, and to a green canister), you can refill the small canisters. You can buy refillable ones at 20 bucks a pop, but you can also refill the cheap ones. Check out youtube videos on how to do that. The best method is to fill it, remove it, depress the top valve with an Allen wrench to release air, for a few second, then fIll it up more. I will save a ton of money, costing only a dollar or so to refill the container, so you save 5 dollars or so, per canister. Do this process outside, not in your home. You can also hang blankets on your walls to add to the insulation.

I have a Mr. Heater that I have been using every winter for years in my 12" by 15" living space. I use it when I am awake but when I go to bed, I turn it off and use an electric blanket. I use a 20 lb. tank because the 1 lb. containers only last a few hours and are too expensive.

I think at this point you should get the circular 360 degree little space heater by Honeywell, they sell them at Walmart for like $35. It blows the heat up! They are the best! If it gets tipped over or knocked over, it will automatically shut off. You don't need to keep your window cracked. People don't understand that the RVs have very little or next to nothing in insulation. That little heater will help to keep the moisture in the RV down as well because the moisture that you are breathing out will cause mold if you don't have something to dry that out. Propane heat is wet so that is why there is a lot of moisture and you need those little pellets to suck up the moisture. I know this because my family and I had to live in an RV during the winter and we even went down to -22 degrees F! Wood stove would be the next thing to get, you will only need a very small one and you can get like a camp stove from Amazon for like $150. You will need to get piping for it to let the smoke out through a window. You will also need to set it on some tile away from the wall. With such a small space, you won't need to burn much. Out here where I am right now a cord of wood can go as much as $300. A cord of wood would probably last you for the whole winter and then some. Keep warm! Blessings!

Just curious but why not use the furnace in the trailer? It needs a little power to run a fan and propane. Will tell you that the big buddy heater will warm you up. Have to warn you that your space will become very humid. Keeping the ceiling vent barely open to keep out the moister will help. We use it in the fall time in our 27 foot class A. But after day 3 it becomes ridiculous the amount of water on the windows. Not only that but behind seat cushions, mattresses and in cabinets and anything up against wall will have condensation. This then contributes to mold. Which you don't want. The furnace has a heat exchanger so the moisture isn't there. I bought a dehumidifier and that helps. Having damp out or things that absorb water is a must. Get a 25 pound propane tank it way more economical than those little green tanks. And hope it warms up for you, sucks being cold.
