Well then the entire record label industry should be sued LMAO because you can pick 600 hit songs in the same key, same chords, same progression, that are purposely formulated for the consumers ear!!! That is a known fact

Tupac os the biggest icon in the history of rap. He's the only one who can enter that exclusive pantheon of musical unicorn legends with artist like Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, Elvis etc..etc.To ask if he's a legend comes off tone deaf & highly insulting. He was beyond a rap "lyricist".The man was simply one of the greatest song writers in modern music history. There's a difference.

Watching this review in 2024 and it’s funny how y’all talked about how they should do a Michael Jackson movie the right way and now there’s actually going to be an MJ movie that checks all the boxes

2Pac was basic but he knew how to get a certain audience. Many of 2Pac’s biggest fans were women. They didn’t like him for his lyrics but rather his image. I believe many men say 2Pac is their goat for the sake of women giving them any play sexually.

M.I.A. Newest album is amazing. You should listen to the whole album. M.I.A. Is tremendous. She has important messages in her songs, videos, and albums. No one can match the meaning in her songs and the statement and impact her messages have on society. She should have so many more hits, even from her newest album. It seems like she is being blocked some, because she has messages in her songs. She tours and is successful, without bowing down to idiots. She is multitalented. She raps, she sings, she writes a lot of her songs, she has great videos, and she looks good. If she not on the list, it’s not a real list.

Tupac is the most influential and iconic rapper ever. Actually scratch that, he’s one of the most iconic and important musicians of the ENTIRE 20th Century. This shouldn’t even be a discussion. Anyone saying Pac isn’t lyrical is tone deaf. They’re literally teaching COLLEGE COURSES on this man’s lyrics. Tupac is a legend, this isnt even up for debate.

Tupac is the greatest rapper ever but he’s not the greatest lyricist rapper pac meant more to black culture than any other rapper in history also pac shooting the white cops in defense of a black man and throwing up the middle finger at the cameras after getting shot at quad studios made Tupac a folk hero to my generation of young black peoples growing up in the 90’s after that he just seemed more real and authentic to any other rapper and people miss that those incidents greatly enhanced him in American black culture and in turn enhanced him worldwide also

To me Aaliyah ‘s main audience was the young black peoples like me that were coming up in the 1990’s but musically I don’t consider her music as legendary as the Mariah Carey Mary j bridge Toni Braxton Whitney Houston and legends like these or Beyoncé she wasn’t on their level but she had some classic songs that everybody is familiar with as far as black peoples are concerned

Lauryn hill has the greatest album a female rapper has ever made but I consider the miseducation album a top 10 hip hop album including male rappers also it’s one of the best albums of any genre of music I’ve ever heard I used to play it all the time on my cassette player back in the day but as an artist she doesn’t have enough albums solo to be the greatest female rapper or ever top 5 in my opinion

This literally turned into the shady show. Ralph could definitely sing Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis gave him his props on the Arsenio Hall show. it's on KZbin second Bobby Brown can definitely sing Listen to his records third Rickey definitely can sang as well listen to the records Johnny can definitely blow last Ronnie can hold a note he is better as a harmonize artist. Michael Bivins is the only one that can't sing to save his life.

Word Up!! Stephon was right on point, hip-hop is homophobic because hip-hop is misogynistic!! The hyper-masculine culture that was born in the ghetto streets is undoubtably going to be anti-homosexual, you cannot be perceived as "Gay" or "soft" in the streets, so of course hip-hop mirrored that mindstate.
