It said that it doesn't come with PCSX2 as it would break some laws(not native so won't really specify which ones). You have to put it in the folder to let PCSX2 emulate on something. Just use Google and your brain, get the file and voila.

so i did these setting and as soon as i get into a fight the screen is covered in lines and all the textures are gone and the screen flickers everywhere. i have a 4070 Ti Super and a i7 9700F

Same, I tried with Direct3D 11, Direct3D 12, Vulkan, OpenGL, and the same flashing and lag occurres each time when i'm starting a battle. I was using the latest nightly (2.1.163). I switched to the exact same version he is using in the vid (2.0.3) and I still have the same issues. I'm trying different graphic and rendering options but i can't find the source of the problem... I'm going to try the Latest Stable version.

Lemme know if that worked for you because i have no idea what could be causing it. If anything, try to play the game with default settings too (there's a a option on properties to Reset to Default)

Max is 30fps but there is a cheat code that allows you to get 60fps But it speeds up the game too

@@conorkelly2950 It worked for me, I didn't do exactly what was shown in the video so it didnt work in the beginning. I thought I didn't need to activate the "File name extension" because almost all of my files are already was called at the end with ".dll" , but it is important to activate it. For me the file name extension was a little different to what was shown in the video, it's best to google it quickly if it is diffrent. I then ignored the message from Widnows Defender, the file should be safe. After that everything worked.
