This was an automatic Subscribe video for me !! Just not because of prices !! But also because my hands are small to medium so I need and would be best for me a medium grip and frame !! Some of the different sizes compacts a little too small !! I actually came very close at one point in time possibly buying Masada and this the first ever review I’ve seen !! And I am definitely picking one of these guns on this list !!! 😊 🤗👏👏 !!

How to add a pinch point to your gun:
@TacticalConsiderations10 сағат бұрын
What exactly do you mean by pinch point.
@chuckhightower273010 сағат бұрын
@@TacticalConsiderations whatever gets between the front of the slide and the back of the comp gets pinched.
@chada834211 сағат бұрын
what does it add for weight?
@TacticalConsiderations10 сағат бұрын
Hmm I honestly didn't check that but I will definitely weigh them out I am assuming withthe comp and back strap you are adding at least 3 ounces.
@chada834210 сағат бұрын
Thanks for the reply. I am thinking going comp and just add backstrap. Best of both worlds and save some weight for when you carry.

Kimber 2K11 1911 in 9mm?! Are you kidding me? I checked the price it's way too overpriced for a 1911! It's $2100! No Thanks! IF it's a 10mm and .357Sig double stack high capacity rounds then I will buy it! But when it comes to underpower 9mm caliber I'd rather get a Glock 17 or a Beretta 92XI SAO
@TacticalConsiderations13 сағат бұрын
You haven't been paying attention to modern 9mm allistics, have you? And just in case you missed it in the entire video.This version is a 45.

8:09 The reason it’s so easy to rack the slide is because of the special striker sleeve and spring. 😂

So, I can pass a crude tip on how to measure firing pin protrusion. Use feeler gauges to measure the gap between the bolt tail face and firing pin collar as you place something flat against the bolt face and push on the firing pin. I mention this for newer shooters to help diagnose light strikes. Protrusion should be .028"-.036" A set of 5.56 gages, a Go gage & a Field gage are useful for safety purposes.
@TacticalConsiderations10 сағат бұрын
That is a very important tip. There have been a lot of bad parts in 24 and early 25.
@CoryIsMyName15 сағат бұрын
Weird, I was just opining on one of your other videos about how I need a red-dot on my shield plus that doesn't have an optic cut. I think I'll try one out. Not sure if it was the case when you made this video, but they also have the option for a tritium front sight.
@TacticalConsiderations10 сағат бұрын
I still have this one rocking the same sight and plate its solid.
@IsaiahChapter53isAboutJesus15 сағат бұрын
@8:57, that isn't actually someone's used barrel filled with squibs, is it? Is that a rediculous demonstration barrel?
@TacticalConsiderations10 сағат бұрын
Several things could have caused that. I didn't get to diagnose it.

beautiful. I love my build from my Kinetics upper. Went with the purebred barrel, but it stuck with the theme. It is a tac driver right out of the box.

It's funny that Griffin describes these barrels as having "suppressor optimized gas ports." I bought the 14.8" HEDP barrel a while back. I returned it when I measured the gas port at .086! Just crazy how overgassed that barrel would have been. Even called Griffin to make sure it wasn't a mistake from the factory, they measured another one and confirmed the giant gas port size. I see nothing has changed!

Well it needs an adjustable or a heavy spring for sure.

I own both and I'm very fond of the Hellcat but if I had to choose one as an everyday carry I would probably go with the 19 simple because it just feels more comfortable in the hand something about the Hellcat grip it's just almost too small

The more felt recoil has to do with it having a bit higher bore axis.
@TacticalConsiderations10 сағат бұрын
Not completely. There are several things that can cause or add to that like polymer makup, inner frame steel material placement and how it flexes under recoil.

Super weird setup on my SLR but I'm actually running an Olight Javelot Tac on an arisaka scout mount. It's 1000 lumen/88k candela. It's mounted next offset near my muzzle brake and works flawlessly after 1000s of rounds over the last year. I'll probably upgrade it to a scout pro or a cloud defensive but at this point I don't need to.

Thorough review. You explained well what a budget gun needs to function reliably. Very informative without the hype of 'oh no, budget guns are no good'. I agree that the G3X and GX4 / GX2 might have small manufacturing issues. I shoot my Taurus firearms regularly, it breaks them in. I know what to look for and how to keep them cleaned and lubricated. That's all you can do for personal self-protection.

QC is the point where some cheaper pistols have issues. But I have had a few of these all of which performed good. I have however known a few that had a lemon out of box. But that can happen to the best of brands.

So if you’re buying an afterburner ram jet you can buy a slide for 125 that’s already cut and work done on them. So technically you’d end up with an extra slide to use or put on something else. Also not everyone likes the stippling I perfer the Glock grip with tape. Also the Glock performance trigger is 89 bucks. I get what you’re saying but the stuff that you’re adding is better than the stuff that comes on either.
@TacticalConsiderationsКүн бұрын
Why would you put a ram jet on this since its already comped

This is the biggest pile of shit I’ve ever fired. I didn’t expect anything. I bought it on an impulse. I don’t even have an optic on a handgun for this cheap, how could this firearm be any good? Idk. It can’t, that’s the answer. I LOVE my M9A1. Again, at less than half the price, I didn’t expect it to be the same, but I expected a similar…feel? Idk. Wrong. It’s awful. I wish it were legal to just throw away a gun. This is the one instance where I would.

I really love the timney alpha trigger but am looking for an EDC trigger. Would you say this is the next best trigger for EDC in terms of crisp break from a defined wall? I had a steel city trigger and that one had a good bit of roll to break after the wall
@TacticalConsiderationsКүн бұрын
Overwatch is my go to edc with a factory minus connector or a glock store double diamond 3.5.
@WoomSlayerКүн бұрын
@ I’ve heard those minus connectors take away that crispness to the break and makes it more of a rolling break. Is that an issue with the overwatch precision trigger paired with a minus connector?
