I'd highly recommend just buying a non ported one and then send it to DSC Gunworks for porting. You'll have it back within 10 days. 100% worth it

Don't forget folks, the $2400 MSRP was for the ported TAC Pro...the non-ported version is $200 cheaper (but comes with everything else but the ports), and a better direct comparison to the Staccato P, and works out to be around $1000 less expensive than a P with the same options.

The optic mounting system on the new Bul is very nice compared to anything else out there. It has a recoil lug cut into the slide to take shearing force off the mounting screws, which are the weakest point in an optic mount.

The Tac Pro Comp that will come out next year is looking super sweet. Bullying the Staccato XC for half the price, if i had to guess. Ported and comped. BUL is now flexing on Staccato in the duty 2011 market, Staccato and Wilson in the compact carry 2011 market, and every other competition manufactureron top of that. For 20% less to 50% less than some of the other guys.

Great video! Ive loved all the bul armory line of pistols over the last 5 years. Their quality and value for the money have steadily increased over the years...unfortunately so has the price too, but thats to be expected and you still get more for your money vs the competition. I’m waiting for the EDC 4.25” to get in stock to order one, for a carry gun. I have a Staccato C2, and with that one, I could order it and just wait 2-3 months. With BUL, it seems like you just have to wait and get notified via email when they’re in stock, and hope you’re quick to order.

Yeah, BUL really is that good. I especially love their mags. More capacity, more reliable and more affordable than the 10 different kinds of "real" 2011 mags that never really work in most of them. Only downside is the lack of DLC coating, but if you really care you can always have that done.

Sure you could buy a Staccato. Or you just get the superior BUL and save some money while you are at it. Staccato advantages: DLC coating BUL advantages: more affordable and higher capacity magazines in the same length, better ergos like a double undercut grip, better grip texture and slide serrations, better optics mounting system in the 2024 model year, more affordable, better comp and ported versions, also has a real USPSA/IDPA legal competition counterpart in the SAS ii competition line from BUL.

The P is a better gun. Better coating, tooless guide rod, and better tolerances all around. Plenty of discount codes exist. I paid 2540 for my limited edition p19 heritage. A steel frame P is 2200 ish.. many of us wouldn’t need the spare mags.. that and the real reason they include 4 mags is because they are proprietary..
