Well best I can say is I gave it a shot. I think its overpriced for what it is for budget import. Your Thoughts?

If you don't mind the super slick slide finish. I got rid of mine for that one reason. If you had the slightest bit of sweat on your hands, or after you oiled it... My goodness good luck getting a grip on that little bugger.

A couple months ago I got the APX full size with a Burris Fastfire 3 pre mounted, for $349. That was before the $100 rebate. I basically paid for the optic and got a free gun, or at least that's what I like to tell myself. Wasn't even looking to buy a gun but if I would have kicked myself for not taking advantage of that deal.

Thank you for not rushing a review! It nice to see a few of you guys are 100% honest about the gun's y'all review. I have a few handgun's including an old TP9SFX. One of the best gun's period not just in a price range. But nice to see to all price ranges checked out and not just the high end gun's. I do appreciate the negatives upfront. If I'm watching a review video, there's a good chance I'm already interested in the firearm. Understanding the negatives is why I'm watching the videos. Anyone can hype up any firearm, but I'm looking for honesty and what things to consider before purchasing (ha! I used 'consider' in a TC comment section). Thanks for your videos!

Girsan... yeah... I wanted a 1911 with a rail and a compensator. Girsan had one and it was cheap, so I thought, "How bad can it be?". Well, it was REALLY BAD. It wouldn't get through a magazine without a malfunction. So... I bought $380 worth of Wilson Combat series 70 parts (ALL of them) and paid a gunsmith to install them. Now I'm at $1,130 and guess what? Still not reliable. Then I took it to someone who KNOWS 1911s really well and had him fit everything. When I got it back it was about 90% reliable, but the extractor is still giving me issues and the ejector seems kinda short. I gave it back to the gunsmith and he's making love to it a bit more. Basically, all said and done, I will have $1,650 in this $500 pistol. Lesson learned? Save your money and buy a nice gun. Buy once, cry once. It's expensive to try making chicken soup out of chicken shlt.

I don't get the one magazine thing that's gaining popularity with manufactures these days. I understand it saves them money, but does it? With 2 (or more) magazines a customer is not only getting a better experience, but if they have malfunctions they can use a spare magazine and see if it is a magazine related issue or if the gun has to go back to the manufacturer for warranty work. I'm sure it costs more to service warranty issues involving a bad magazine than it does just to send one out with the gun in the first place. As far as "disrupting" the market, that's not going to happen unless Glock seriously shits the bed, and does it multiple times. And that's coming from someone who isn't a big fan of Glock.
@TacticalConsiderationsАй бұрын
It's a cost cut for them

Bro first look.. this is a smith knock off and smith pistols are fairly cheap. Better finish then guns at 2x the cost.. I mean I don’t see the reason to make a budget smith lol.. seems like a zero market place item answering the question no one asked.. that of is 110% m&p 2.0 knock off design.. that mag filer insert is 110% m&p knock off which was soo bad and hated smith got rid of it lol.. The reason you can’t make a smith budget knock off is cause smith actually already offers maybe the best or above price features. I mean if you going to go cheaper you can’t make anything of actual quality when based on the same basic designs..
