DO NOT USE Q TIPS FOR EARS!!! They damage the inside of the ear . I am not 100 percent sure which part , but even on the box it days don’t use for ears.

Do you have any tips on keeping or preventing concealer from creasing under the eye even after i powder/set it still creases.

If you have under eye lines the concealer will settle into those lines, no matter how much powder you use to set the concealer. However, to prevent that from happening the simplest way is to not apply concealer on the places of your eyes where you have those lines which is immediately below your lower eyelashes. But if you're talking about your concealer specifically creasing in general other than settling into the fine lines then you will need to watch some professional's video to help you out.
