The lead was Hunter Clarington in glee. I knew I recognized him from somewhere else! I love Break My Heart but other than that its a meh movie.

The lack of common sense from the character that is portrayed as the smart one is insane to me. To have Mack say that she doesn't want her and Brady to forget each other if the surfboard thing doesn't work, but also to have a her a minute later tell Lela to change the sequence of the movie to make herself happy is so comical in the least funny way possible. What would have made this movie better in my opinion is for them to have fast forwarded 2 years in the movie from sophomores to seniors to better enhance the whole college aspect in their conflict and make it more about one of them wanting to go to a specific college and then other one is struggling on whether to follow the other or go somewhere else; and to follow yk the teen beach aesthetic would be if the Wet Side Story characters were disappearing because the movie was being forgotten which would make Lela and Tanner go their world and together with Mack and Brady to find a way to save the movie and characters (idk don't come for me pleaseee) just to get rid of the entire aspect and possibility of Lela changing Wet Side Story and the entire first movie getting figuratively erased.
