The thing about Big Time Rush is, Fellows’s animation connections meant there were A LOT of voice actor cameos, in addition to Tom. Tara Strong, Dee Bradley Baker, Phil LaMarr, Carlos Alazraqui, Rob Paulsen, and of course Daran Norris as Buddha Bob, they’re all here! And I guess Butch Hartman counts for all the little roles he put himself in like Rip Studwell.

This was my favorite show as a kid and I would get bullied for having BTR school supplies, tshirts, and backpacks. 10 years later I’ve been to even more concerts and those same ppl r talking about how much nostalgia they have for this show. Call it stupid, but this show was so cute and had a great story for a nickelodeon show. Edit: at my first concert at Jones Beach on Long Island the boys ran up the steps and Logan actually high fived me lol. My life went downhill since then (I was 6)

I saw BTR in concert last july and loved it. I liked that their voices were similar to when they started, but evolved. It didn’t feel like they were lip synching to their records which I appreciated. It made me fall in love with them “all over again”. I liked their music growing up, but was not a fan of the show, but wanted to watch it for “research” before going to the concert. And it was surprisingly wholesome and heartfelt and I liked the friendships and family dynamics in the show and of course knowing which episodes the songs came from.

I think it’s interesting that the only two live action shows on Nickelodeon to ever have crossovers with their cartoons (that I know of at least feel free to politely correct me) are both made by Scott Fellows who has said before one of his goals with Ned’s Declassified and BTR was to make them as much of a live action cartoon as possible and I think he really hit the nail on the head with both of them it’s a super interesting style

I half remember The Troop. Also there was once a theory that SpongeBob's timeline is in reverse order so that could explain why Patchy is here but if that doesn't the SpongeBob birthday episode happened YEARS after this first aired. It's also the only time Patchy legitimately meets SpongeBob (the other time was a dream) and even then it was just his head after being buried into sand so that also could have been a dream.
