Initially most of the persons not getting good role but start as career or even cyber security or cloud computing Must be base level of computer hardware and software knowledge is properly required After step by step to go next level of roles I started as an role of technical support with 2 years of experience After i move on desktop support engineer 2 years After i complete the ccna certification and got a job in Network support engineer with 3.5 years of experience After i learned the virtualisation and cloud computing after got a job in cloud support engineer L3 After i worked as an linux administrator of 2 years After i willing to learn endpoint security so i learn about microsoft intune and Zoho endpoint security As an mobile device management engineer Still my choosing role i don't have coding skills and programming knowledge so i ignored it i have only PowerShell script and bash script only i know.. Initially lot of struggles i facing with my career and move on next companies So guys don't hesitate and confuse if you are an It support engineer, technical support or helpdesk engineer once you learned with 1 to 2 years after changing the role to advanced All the people's have no same knowledge and understanding concepts So all the best guys ignore this kind of KZbinrs

Revisiting this video in 2024. I’ve used the Technical definition and the story telling method. Some interviewers don’t want you talking too much so you have to read the room and know when to expand on your answer. Interviews are very frustrating.

He is right, i have observed my senior teammate who is working past 3 three years as Service Desk, i am also working in same role past 8 months. I got morale from them not to stay long in that service desk position, need to set up, i am doing CCNA to change career as System or Network engineer or admin. 😊

I have a lot of basic knowledge concerning computers. I have 6 servers Apple, windows promotion. I'm working on learning kali and Ubuntu. Studying for my network+ certification. I passed for my a÷certification but that's a joke. I see your logic
@jescis9 ай бұрын
But I would only be able to afford anything(even your 1-on-1 coaching) if I had an income that at least, used the CompTIA A+ certification I already have!! Which I got 20+ YEARS ago!! And I have been sitting on it because when I tried to get a job in 2003 when I got A+ certified, the people who were looking for someone to hire wanted experience and I JUST got the certification!! Making me a catch-22!! I'm pretty smart, even smarter than just fixing or building a computer, but the HISTORY of computers and MANY other things!!

That’s actually ridiculous advice. Best to work these entry level jobs starting out even if you have certs and formal education. Yes it sucks and they don’t always pay great, but you will have boots on the ground experience and have a wide variety of experiences with different environments.
