How did Pinkie Pie not make this list purely due to her seemingly going crazy in "Party of One" over her friends missing a single party? I get she's the party pony, but seriously, ponies have lives other than parties and might need a mental recharge (especially Fluttershy, since she's quite shy and introverted). If they miss multiple parties, assuming they're purposefully ditching you is reasonable but just missing one is no reason to assume your friends hate you and/or your parties.

Celestia is pretty much the embodiment of maternal love. I think the thing that would push her over the edge would be her loved ones being threatened or killed. I could picture an Equestria under Daybreaker's rule becoming extremely militarized out of a twisted desire to keep everyone safe.
