I thank you for an awesome video! I have not been exercising and realize I am so out of shape. I have a history of going to the gym since a teen-I am 67. I stopped going and feel awful because of it. The pain in my back and elsewhere is from being inactive. I realized that I have to "start over" and you have helped me. I am going to watch all your videos! You are amazing.

Just found you today., I'm "only" 64 (lol) but experience lots of physical issues (arthritis, tight lower back, painful knees, foot issue that really needs PT).. so I'm very glad I came upon your videos. Loved your lower back stretches .. really helped!

I have been sleeping on the floor for a year; so my legs, knees, ankles and toes have to adapt to my every evening and morning getting down to and up from the floor. It is a very good experience.

I'm only 52, but after breaking my leg & having major surgery I wanted a low impact way 'get some exercise' during the 6 weeks post op when I am almost totally immobile and I found this was perfect. Thank you!

I just started this today. I am 68 with rheumatoid arthritis and interstitial lung disease A babysit my grandchildren almost daily and I need more energy and strength. The little boys are too and still like to be carried and I struggle. We have a new baby coming in November I’m hoping this will help mewith my strength. It was easy and very enjoyable the way the instructor presented thank you so much.

Glad to find these exercises; I am not able to keep up this “pace” however. Wish each move was a little more slowly demonstrated for controlled engagement of the appropriate muscles, etc. You’d think I could just memorize the basics and do them on my own …

You can slow the video down by adjusting the play speed. Touch the screen and you'll see a 'gear' looking icon. Touch it and look on that menu for playback speed. Choose what is comfortable for you. Hope this helps!

These excercises are very good for old people like me. I am 67 and have had rotator cuff surgery in both shoulders at a gap of 8 years. Now my shoulders and back of shoulder muscles are getting weak. Which ones should I do apart from these? Please Guide
