I was about to quit my job as it involves lifting most of the days.After a month of glute bridges most of my pain has lessened these are great exercises.

I thank you for an awesome video! I have not been exercising and realize I am so out of shape. I have a history of going to the gym since a teen-I am 67. I stopped going and feel awful because of it. The pain in my back and elsewhere is from being inactive. I realized that I have to "start over" and you have helped me. I am going to watch all your videos! You are amazing.

If you're over 65 and already have painful back issues, a couple of these exercises are just impossible.

My knee replacement does not allow my knee to bend that much.

reduce motion he said if it is painful. An example was he didn't have to raise his head up too high if it is painful.
