The salary of board staff was less than that of govt staff then . This was sabotaged by politicians and gave freedom to board to raise their salary beyond all proportions . How can we get out of this problem ? A people friendly govt.assuming power and changing all current laws and rules to make them people-friendly , instead of Union-friendly as it is now .
