Thank you so much for making this and for all of the content over the years. Disgruntled royalty is one I revisit and share from time to time since it was first recommended to me years ago when I was first challenging my religious views.

I watched this because I was genuinely fascinated anyone who uses "Woke" negatively could ever recover from that condition considering why it was coined and is used is a political dog whistle. Then you said you were atheist and it all made sense. You already have the ability to think critically. I'd also like to point out that American culture of one that's almost revolves around caring = weakness. It shows in our romantic relationships (they're so terrible these days because pervasively, he who cares the most, loses) and in our every day interactions. If you care about something, almost universally it, and you, are derided as weak, or emotional, or even *crazy*. It's the organic result of rugged individualism being iconified as the source of "American exceptionalism". But that's literally against the core of human nature. We work as a species because we do things, and build things, together. And it's literally the cancer that is currently bringing down America. We are, culturally, being taught we don't need each other, that we shouldn't even like each other. When you said, "the jokes morphed into sincerely held beliefs" I was like "son, they didn't morph. It was there all along. You just didn't see the trees for the forest."

These politicians make me sick to my stomach. Let’s stop giving people power over us. I think we can govern ourselves. Oversimplifying here, but there’s a way to radically transform the structure of government I want a REVOLUTION

Your description of the rabid anti-woke obsessing about trans people exactly described my last romantic partner. Unfortunately for him, my late wife was a trans woman, and he pushed that button one too many times, so I left. I completely agree that it's that set of characteristics that I dislike, not any particular group. Side note, the term I've used to describe anti-woke people is ReTrumplican, because most avid (rabid) Trump supporters are also rabidly anti-woke. I can reason with a Republican, but not a ReTrumplican.

So many people are completely unreachable. They'll justify anything, deny everything, and I believe not a single one of these people actually believe what they argue. It can not be double think. I can not imagine someone holding the position that it was warrented to kill an entire society, including their children, to stop child sacerfice. Maybe these people are just deliberately evil.

I was awakened by witnessing racial hate when I was a child of 8 years of age in the late 1960s. A lot of other young people were waking up during the same period, but many people didn't wake up. I'm deliberately using other forms of the word to indicate becoming aware of tragic social injustice. Lots of people who grew up in the 1960s and 70s became aware and active at combating injustice, and lots of people wanted injustice to continue. This is not a new struggle. "Woke" is just its most recent movement to gain public awareness. I'm going to give you the key to understanding information in the 21st century: It has all been dumbed down. You will only see the stupidest version of it. Even when the information is good, there will be layers of stupidity attached to it, and you'll have to peel those layers off to see the good parts. "Woke" went stupid in one very particular way: it tried to be an anti-discrimination movement by discriminating against people who look white. That approach only alienates people racially. An anti-racism movement has to be actually anti-racism. I am still anti-racism despite all efforts to alienate me, because I started a long time ago. I've had time to become strong in my resolve and to make lots of good friends. The movement needs to be something that can actually change minds. Don't scrap "woke" but it needs some refining and something more than a buzzword for a name.

I can't even watch the entirety of the clips because of how annoying and ridiculous the guys in these clips are. In the real world, they would be considered clowns and jokes. I'm sure they don't actually act like that in the real world, but if they did, I'm sure people around them look at them like what they are, ridiculous clowns.

This is what I believe: Since God is all loving, he respects all of our decision. If you refuse to live within Him, He still loves you. He loves you so much that He even made a place named "hell" that will completely seperate you from Him. I do not believe hell was created in the intent to "torture" but was created out of LOVE for us. And without God, is without love.

This wasn't the main point of the video, but I think your point about how you reacted to what your feminist relative said about men as a child really needs a bigger spotlight. That experience is being had by young boys across the world in a much greater scale online, and with physical land development pushing young people out of free and safe places to gather and hang out, the internet is increasingly where they find themselves and thus is where they increasingly become influenced. I feel like the movement among men toward the right wing is too easily scoffed at or handwaved as due to some sort of intrinsic "badness" in men when really it's the result of a lot of youth being repeatedly hurt and bullied until they end up finding comfort among a group that is all too willing to play nice just to use them as tools.
