Congrats on your 10km🙂 I have been strength training for quiet a while now and also i donot let go of it even when preparing for an endurance event, that helps me keep my muscles intact and prevents too much loss of muscle So Yes It is Possible to have a muscular Physique as a runner

Great video Pritam! Nice to see Indian videos about such things. 1 small correction -- the 5 hours 30 minutes time is not just for cycling. It is for both swimming+cycling. So if someone takes 1 hour to complete the swim, they will have 4 hours 30 minutes to complete the cycling part. Similarly, since the overall cutoff time is 8 hours 30 minutes, and cycling+swim is 5:30, you will have 3 hours to complete the running.

From 50 to 100k you might not get a good treadmill might look good but wont last. My suggestion would be not to buy a treadmill cause I do 90% of my workout outside

Exactly the content i was lukin for... Bt my concern is do u know watr trading bcz sometimes u are extremely tired (in my case) where chances of drowning is high. Like me What's your opinion like some1 who can only swim with no watr trading

I have not heard about water trading(if you mean staying afloat for a while in a place ,i do know that😄) I would suggest to pick a distance that does not tire you out, i have been swimming for quiet some time now so i know how far i can should go when starting out and then i build on it. hope it helps🙂
