@@PritamChakravarty right now I am eating just 2 times homemade meal and 1/2 times milk per day...what food items should I add to get fast recovery and gain muscle..keeping summers in mind 😅

@@Bravo_o IF you are already consuming fish, chicken and eggs then its great , also i would recommended to add whey protein in your diet. For better recovery i would suggest creatine, fish oil and multivitamins. since you are consuming milk add whey and creatine to it post your workout n have it. i have found it to be very useful when taken on a regular basis. And Ofcourse increase water intake cause SUMMER IS HERE😃
