Very nice video. I am 40years old. I joined gym 2 months ago, started cardio and started lifting very light weights like 5kg. I started increasing my difficulty level in small amounts. I have lost 8-9kgs and now, I run for 50 minutes on treadmill, do 20 minutes elliptical cross trainer, do weight training for 1 to 1hr 30 minutes 6 days a week. Checking diet is very crucial. If you do gym and eat as you like, it will never work. For beginners, it’s important to note that there’s no need to hurry, a lot of people will look in better shape and have more stamina than you when you just join. But discipline, consistency and proper diet is the key. One day you’ll get there, just need to have patience. If you have never joined a gym before and are shy, please don’t be. The gym will not be filled with just the bodybuilders and there will be many others like you. Lots of love from Nepal.

Hi sir. I really enjoy your videos and am working to incorporate all the tips in my hybrid training. It would be fantastic if you could share a detailed breakdown of your weight training routine, including the exercises you do and the number of reps for each.

Hi Nihit, thank u for your appreciation. I will definitely make a video regarding the same. Just to give an overview now i do 3 days weight training, Tues- legs, wed- chest and Arms and Sat -back. the rep range is 8-15, in the video i will share all the exercises that i do as i will be quiet lengthly to write down.🙂

Bhai main 29 ka hun last september me gym join kiya tha 3 mhine kiya 82 se 79 kg ho gya tha for shoulder me pain hone lga chhod fiya ab 82 ho gya
