I don't think it was racist that Riana didn't know what an Asian person looked like. Have you ever read John Christopher's Tripods trilogy? The premise is similar (well, the lack of travel/technology is at least-in that it is 100 years in the future after aliens invaded, brainwashed all humans, and banned tech) The point is that since people are isolated, they never saw other races. Of course, if Australia is isolated as in spellbinder, it should be filled with Aboriginals not Caucasian people

As a remake, it's kinda poor. They cut way too many things that removes so much of the original's complexities and uniqueness. Im not a fan of that. A remame should expand on what was there before, not remove them. They should only remove things if they just couldn't work

Tarzan (1999) turns 25! The 6th highest grossing film of 1999 making $170 million domestically $448.2 million worldwide against a $130 million budget I have such fond memories, my most anticipated movie of that summer Listened to the read along and saw that sneak peek with Disney movie surfers on the Mulan vhs My first real introduction to Phil Collins (had no idea he was British) Listened to the soundtrack non stop in the Adirondacks, I remember we saw it in inlet and again with my late mom It was one of the last handrawn animated features of the Disney renaissance era It remains an essential part of my childhood, I knew what to expect and it delivered thanks to directors Kevin Lima and Chris Buck A great voice cast of Minnie Driver, Lance Henriksen, Glenn Close, Wayne Knight, Rosie O' Donnell, and Tony Goldwyn There's a hint of difference of culture and lifestyle here, a life one leads and the one they could, we can all be the same no matter the differences, acceptance, family can be both traditional and non-traditional The narrative themes of family are sprinkled throughout too There's amazing cgi when it comes to the swinging and tree surfing All the voice actors match their distinct personalities giving them believability Tarzan learns what it means to be ape and man altogether Jane is an example of a damsel in distress done right because she's actually very interesting She is from the Victorian era and pulls more weight the more the film goes on Fantastic action sequences as well Say what you will about Phil Collins but he really brought his A-game to these songs, they're all so catchy Mark Mancina's score is a treasure being very sweeping in each scene illustrating the wonder and danger of the jungle world I pretty much had the whole film nailed down to a tee but I still loved every part of it; it has stunning visuals, comedy, romance, pitch perfect pacing, and a great balance of emotion with memorable characters The concepts and mature themes like exploration remain so relevant now as they did back then Can't believe it lead to a dvd sequel, a Broadway musical, a tv series even an ice dance show I'm very happy Kingdom Hearts featured a video game level too! This is a great new take on a classic character being very imaginative and remains one of the great final peaks of Disney animation after all this time Nostalgia Critic did not like Rosie o Donnell as Terk or Phil Collins singing saying it does the film a disservice He actually preferred the South Park movie song better which lost the Oscar and even the show made fun of Collins himself Yet he found the struggles Tarzan goes through interesting, the action scenes pretty fun, and the characters being cool if not memorable

I actually enjoyed the game for my 3DS since it's the only game thing I play on. I highly enjoyed it being a sequel to the first Goosebumps movie. In the trivia of the Goosebumps game, it says the character - the player - has an iPhone, taking places between 2007-2015. It could be possible that the player - which refers to second person - is either in late middle school or early high school. I say this because it's rare for a Goosebumps character to be older than twelve, speaking from experience from reading the books. Majority of the books, the characters' age is twelve. There are ones where they're eleven then turn twelve. There are books where the characters are thirteen years old. In the game, it's possible for the second point of view charcter, which is the player, being in their mid teen years. For someone who grew up in the 2000s from being born in 1999, I can't relate to anyone who grew up in the 90s. I'm a 2000s person. Weird as this sounds, when I play the game, something I do every once in a while, the living room has a television that the character - you as the player - hasn't had before. It's a box TV. I grew up at a young age with a box TV until the flat screen ones came later in my teen years. The game system in the living room in the game is something I don't recognize but I'm positive it could be a 90s or early 2000s game system. I know it sounds odd; I feel like pointing it out. I always forget there's jump scares within the game since I do like taking a long break from it. The part where I'm finding my way out in the dark hallway after hacking the security system, makes my heart run, getting away from the red, glowing eyes, and if I go the wrong way - bam! - gnome jumps onto the screen. I don't scream, but I do jump from it, and maybe let out a word, like "F#$&@", or let out a short, startled noise, then have to start over. It's a decent game, and I like puzzles. I can figure out a lot of them due from reading the books. The hallway to get to the security room is hard for me. I always have to keep reading the directional note after I make a move. I will have to Google which candies I have to put in the bag from the candy store. The game doesn't say what town you're in, which makes it interesting, including the state or where ever. You can use your own town that you live in even though it doesn't loom like it just for fun. For the game taking places between 2007-2015, it does say that you as the character that you used to read the Goosebumps books as a kid. It's a good chance that you as the character was born from the 90s and being a teenager from between 2007-2015. Something I can't relate because I was a teenager from late 2012 - 2019, now almost being 25 years old. If I wasn't born in 1999, I would probably be in my mid teens between 2007-2015. Like I said, I'm not a 90s person, however I did start reading the books around when I was twelve in 2012 in sixth grade. Honestly, you can choose any age you are as the character. It doesn't have to be based on the real you. Heck, I want to write a fanfiction based on the game, and I can use myself as the character, maybe mixing true facts about myself and things that aren't true about me, at all. I do want to write a scene or scenes before the events of the game. Maybe write two prologues in the beginning, and maybe two epilogues at the end of it. I'm a weirdo for thinking about it. If I have to say the one thing I don't like about the game is that there's not lots of monsters. If the game developers decided to revamp the game, they'll had more features, more monsters, you meeting and teaming up with characters, more story line, etc. All in all, I love the game and I'm allowed to like it. For those who don't, it's fine. Be sure not to tell others who like it hate it. I'm entitled to my opinion and you all can have your own as long as you're not shoving it down their throats. It doesn't have to be good opinions, right opinions, bad opinions. It's okay for those of you who don't like the game. In my opinion, this game is better than Goosebumps HorrorTown, an app game for your phone. I tried playing that app game, and in my opinion, it's not fun, and I don't feel like going into details unless you do want to know why I don't like Goosebumps HorrorTown. Yeah, if you like the Goosebumps game, awesome, if you don't, totally cool.

It did come through! I was just busy with work and sleep, sorry for the slower reply. As for the answers to your questions: I like a lot of aspects of the story design in FromSoft games. I love environmental stories and lore being attached to objects. It’s cryptic and fun to piece together (and I really love people discussing the game) but I also hate how vague it all is. Even after I’ve watched deep dives and interpretations there is still so much guess work. Like Ornstein being in DS2 and 3 and they conflict with each other. So while I like the delivery of a lot of it, I don’t like how vague it can be. 2. For Oddworld I am always going to be a huge fan of Elum. He doesn’t appear much but I love how sad he gets when you leave him and how annoyed he gets over bees making his honey eating a chore. Others that I like are the Steef, what’s not to love about a Centaur! Sligs are so iconic and I love how much variety they have. Why do you love the sligs so much? And what do you think of the story telling in these fromsoft games?

@@Lytanei love the slig because there funny and are the best part of the games for and even thou stranger wrath is my favorite game in the series there were no slig witch for me was the game biggest disappointment but they did have the wolvark witch are basically the slig of the game. As for fromsoftware I love how they handle it of them not telling you everything and letting you figering things out on your own ps how would you rank the soulsborne games?

It takes a bit of getting used to that’s for sure. Especially because Greak has a short sword so the range isn’t very good. My advice is to be very cautious, hit them once and retreat, don’t push your luck. Unless it’s a boss then you need to learn patterns
