Thank you for this awesome video! I head out this coming summer 2025, and I am a bit nervous about the obstacle course mostly, because I can't practice it at home. Can you make a video explaining this course and the best ways to train? Thanks for the awesome video!!

Questions, I was told that G2G is only for first bachelors or masters. My recruiter said he just talked to people regarding the program and says this is NOT the case and I can indeed do it for another masters since I already have one. Looking for more verification please thanks.

SNHU is a great option Sir. Plenty of service members are already attending SNHU online so the credit transfer to in person is nice and easy. New England is beautiful in the winter. We bring in a couple of ADOs each year.

What do you want to know about becoming an Army Officer?
@grizzyguapo533729 күн бұрын
Hello LT Hill, I am a former 11B (2017-2021) I've been going to online school using my GI Bill (WGU) unfortunately ive been going through financial troubles and ive currently started the process of filing for bankruptcy. I am wondering if this will hinder my dreams of commissioning as an 11A. Also, 2nd question is 2 years ago I was in a relationship with a crazy Latina who loved to call the cops on me when she was mad. I got arrested for felony domestic violence charges but the case was dismissed & I was never convicted (she admitted she lied) I am also wondering if that would hold me up for moral character or my security clearance. I was my platoons RTO when I was in so I used to have a secret but I believe it has expired since then. Separate note, thank you so much for all of the work you do on this channel as you really help people fighting for a commission. I can't say thank you enough. thanks in advance if you see this & respond!

I want to go rotc so I can get in better shape to hopefully have the opportunity’s of ranger school or airborne before just enlisting and to get better pay, but I also want to do the “cool” stuff and more hands on stuff. Is it really all desk work or do you still get to do the “cool” stuff. My ultimate goal would be a ranger

Hi Sir I have been watching your videos since I was in AIT 2 years ago, I am currently applying to the G2G ADO program, would you be able to help me review my personal statement? I have my SAL bullets laid out and wrote a rough draft but I am having a hard time finding a way to connect the 3 areas cohesively. I don’t have anyone in my chain of command who is willing to help me. I appreciate your videos!

This video was somewhat helpful & the whole thing the Captain mentions about making CBRN matter tells people this branch should be avoided completely. Especially if leaders in a unit don’t care about Chem & CBRN & your job is suppose to convince higher ranking individuals why your MOS/Branch matters? Shouldn’t leaders automatically respect each branch of the Army and see their value? I guess not in Chem/CBRN. The Captain shouldn’t be false advertising people claiming that he would have picked the same branch Chem again. He shouldn’t be talking about how great opportunities are in career advancement when shortly after this video he ended up getting out of Chem & the Army. He’s not even doing anything related to Chem so it’s telling me he didn’t enjoy the Chem branch. So why interview someone who is actually telling people the opposite of how they really feel? You can tell by his dull responses he didn’t enjoy this. Also I wish he mention retention rates of the branch as well as promotion rates. It may be beneficial to interview someone else in this branch who can be honest…might even be better if it’s someone who is in a actual Chem unit. Thanks for the video, hope people make a choice that works for them.

Thank you, I certainly appreciate your feedback and your point about how important it is for leaders to respect and understand the value of every branch in the Army. Regarding CPT Baysa, it's worth noting that his views are based on his unique journey and how he navigated his role in this field. While he did honorably transitioned out of the Army, his experiences are valuable, even if they don’t perfectly mirror everyone's path. I appreciate his honorable service and willingness to come on, knowing that criticism would be inevitable. Your comment about interviewing someone currently in a Chemical unit is a good one, and I’m open to doing that in the future. A first-hand account from someone actively serving in a Chem unit could definitely add to this conversation. Once again, I appreciate your willingness to have an open discussion. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts!

My question for 2LT Rothmeyer is if he knows anything about the process of going from a med services officer to a medical corps officer like becoming a Clinical Psychologist through the USUSH program or through HPSP?
@Therealc_hill2 ай бұрын
“The overlap isn't huge. Being medical services doesn't directly give you a way into HPSP or USUSH. But it does leave useful opportunities significantly closer to you so that you don't have to work as hard to find those opportunities. The prime examples are: you will work closely with physicians who you might be able to shadow or who could potentially give you a letter of recommendation, you will get a very broad understanding of the apparatus around Army medicine that better equips you to speak intelligently about how you'll contribute to the army and the broader world as an army provider, you will be better prepared for the multitude of tasks (especially leadership related) that will fall on you as a future army provider, and you will also be relatively involved with medical training and discussions which will certainly help prepare you for some technical details related to being an army provider (this last one is certainly the least important in my opinion).”
