Good Ole Intretrashional Hey Anthony do you have a 6.4 oil fill/crankcase vent in the pile of stuff? ......we are doing away with the aftermarket and going back stock If you got one. About 25k on your 6.4 build we use it at least once a week now Thank you Sir

What did you use to seal up the bed plate? Ta-16?

I did this because I had those codes. Check engine light is gone but the glow plug light still isn’t lighting up… what would cause that?

Do you brush the frame or spray it?

You need to add that there is a front and rear NOX sensor. The front one was my issue.

Are yall still offering your intake manifolds? Merry Christmas !
@AnthonyYoungblood26 күн бұрын
We only have the machined manifolds right now. I was against selling just the manifold in the past,, but now I am reconsidering it. I have never welded one on and I heard it is a pain. We used an engine block as the jig.

That good hyd oil filtered and cut 50/50 will keep the dually rolling cheap!!! What a heart wrenching process. Shame to tear down that fully functioning operation. What a lot of money and work to build up when it was new!!
@AnthonyYoungblood29 күн бұрын
Very sad I agree. I have watched over the last couple years, the decisions the management made in the building was not for betterment of the company!!! One of the acting bosses in the building had everyone make a Gaylord box of parts,, it was a typo order and a week was lost!!! Wonder why times are tough???
@scubasteve7946Ай бұрын
Man brother I have missed your videos guys. I hope you have been doing well and getting things all recentered. Merry Christmas.
@AnthonyYoungblood29 күн бұрын
We are wandering at the moment. After decades of grinding these engines,, I’m excited to jump on what the next gig is!!! I’m sure it will still be mechanical in nature,, but not sure we can stomach the rebuilding of these trucks anymore!!! Maybe parts and prices will get better soon!!! We did get a new vehicle/tool a couple days ago,, stay tuned,, cause it isn’t running right now!!!
@kchortuАй бұрын
I am a fan of BOTH. For the love of god do the proper changes, but for the cost of a wix filter, base and hardware store fittings you can add one for less than 100$ put it somewhere out of the way. Is it belt and suspenders? Yes, but if you use the truck to eat it is cheeeeeeaaaap insurance against something small turning in to something big. I would not recommend buying a fancy billet aluminum one just get off the shelf industrial components and change the filter every year/ or when you flush the coolant. Upgrading filtration is never a shortcut to less maintenance but an insurance against catastrophic failure. The main reason diesels should have a coolant filter is for egr protection over oil cooler protection

Hey, Anthony. I got a 2008 64 I put in some led turn signals bulbs and now I'm having hyper flash. Where is turn signal relay located?
@AnthonyYoungblood29 күн бұрын
You need to research more on that. I think you need to add a bulb somewhere to take up more power,, or a resistor. The engineers found a way to have the lights flash,, without a flasher!!! lol.
@ice427829 күн бұрын
OK, that was a pretty good one now. Where is the flasher relay

Did u by chance bench test the bad GPCM to see what readings you might get compared to the good one? Seems like that could be useful information to have if you ever wanted to test a module without having to go through all that setting up of the parasitic draw test. Just a thought, I may do it with the module on my 04 F350 since I think mines toast. If I plug it in it'll drain my batteries in minutes. I live in California so It hasn't been a big priority to get fixed. Great video man, I see it helping many 6.0 owners in the future, it helped me today.
@AnthonyYoungbloodАй бұрын
I have found that the faulty gpcm will show heat with a thermal camera. There has been a couple of these issues in our time and now I just touch the gpcm if it is in question. Normally if this is it,, you will feel it being warm.
