Great coverage of both the Torrance and the El Segundo jobs ! You filmed at a few places that have never have been filmed before. Great coverage of the top end of J yard going towards 9th street, the mill at 55th street, Hawthorne, Wise transfer at ES, the divider switch that is under the 110 and 105 freeway, Slauson wye, the ex SP unit that is now the UP 3793.

they basically repainted the rebuilds into the standard cab version of H3. the new scheme i have no idea why people are calling H4 just because they put it on Sd75Is instead of the widecab version of H3.

I remember when they went to the Northrop Grumman plant before they abandoned that section over El Segundo Blvd along Aviation Blvd. I went to school Spartan College of Aviation and they had tracks behind the school now that section is light rail.

14:45 thats a good spot. Easy access for videos. Bridge has some good history also. Maybe one day in the future, we can get the Metrolink down in that area. With a stop at Willowbrook where the blue and green line meet.

I pass by that bridge at Rosecrans Ave and Aviation Blvd in Hawthorne California from time to time and that’s the first time I’ve seen a train use it. Great catch.👍
