I think Woody clings to Andy so much because Andy was the first child to choose him as his favourite. Sure, Woody might have belonged to Andy’s Dad, but maybe he wasn’t Andy’s Dads favourite. He was just a Christmas present from a relative that didn’t know Andy’s Dad wasn’t into Woodys Roundup, so Woody was never played with all that much. Woody goes into attic storage for years which (perhaps) gave him so much downtime that his previous memories faded. Then one day out of the blue (around the time Andy was in kindergarten) his dad got his old box back from grandmas house and Woody and Andy met for the first time - with Woody feeling chosen and loved for the first time. Some toys come straight from the store and are played with straight away and to them, their first kid will always be the most special, because they were loved and played with right from the word go. But I think Woody had to wait for his day and that’s why he never wanted it to end. Toy Story 4 dumped our favourite toy and sidelined his personality for some hacky love story that no one asked for. I swear, all the way through the antique store bits - I was expecting Woody and Bo to stay there and then we cut to years later and they’re still at the antique store together and Andy with his young family are at the carnival and pass by the store and Andy’s son see’s Woody. And Andy see’s Woody. Andy’s son is pointing Woody out. We don’t have to see it happen, but THAT would’ve saved the movie for me.

I feel like instead of Squidward sharing with people SpongeBobs diary and making fun of it, Squidward should read some of the diary, have a good chuckle, then later on throughout the day read more of it, until there’s nothing left to read. Then Squidward gets nervous because he invaded SpongeBobs personal thoughts, causing him to get even more worried and have thoughts of SpongeBob crying because he had read his diary, causing Squidward to feel increasingly guilty in the episode, until finally Squidward cracks and confesses to SpongeBob that he read his diary. SpongeBob says it’s ok and that he forgives Squidward for it, saying that it was an honest mistake, then the two get back to work. At the end of the episode, Squidward is at home, about to go to bed, when he grabs his own diary and putting in an entry mentioning that he is glad to have such a good friend as SpongeBob, and the episode ends there.

I just clicked on this vid and I agree so far and you can’t convince others otherwise But one warning I should mention that I remember one that’s like an annoying dumb tune… 12:40 THATS THE ONE!

Even if that's not the case, a common criticism comes from the fact that it was supposed to be the movie that Andy watched from in-universe perspective that inspired him to get the toy Buzz. The dark direction made it clear that this shouldn't be that movie.

The 3rd installment of Toy Story (just like Kung Fu Panda) ended the series on a positive conclusion. These studios will keep making sequels because it makes them money until one day, it dries up.
