Uh yeah without mental health support, the medical part means jack shit. My psychiatrist gave me Lexapro and I don’t binge eat anymore. No exercise, losing 1 pound a week from just eating less. People eat because of mental issues, they need therapists and psychiatrists. Medical doctors helping is like putting a bandaid on the REAL issue.

I'm hoping to get myself addicted to sports. I'm hitting the gym 3 times a week, and started eating healthy, but while I did make some good progress, I still have to pressure myself into going to the gym. I need to find a way to gamify gym for myself.
