My mom and I promised we'd lose weight and get our lives back on track. I was 220 due to major depressive disorder (I'm on meds now). And my mom, her feet make it so she can barely walk or even stand for long. Only in short bursts. She was around 260. I'm down to 169 now and my goal is 150 by the end of this year. Seriously Dr. Now is a true hero. He's in his 70s and every day he goes out to help patients who've hit rock bottom and never gives up. He gives so much of his time an energy for these people and so often he hears the same tired excuses, lies, and deflections. And yet he still does his all for EVERY SINGLE ONE. Sean .. i see a lot of my son in him (level 3 autism). Its heartbreaking. My son is a little overweight for his height (hes about 5'8" 186lbs) but his favorite food is plain chicken breast with a hint seasoned salt. Bus Drivers actually have quite a stressful job. I think "Obviously not strenuous" is a bit insensitive, since all you do is sit in front of a camera and edit some videos. And before you think "I meant physically active", you used Strenuous, which implies exertion, which can be mental. Constantly having to be aware of your surroundings while being responsible for several lives is going to exhaust your body no matter what.
