Please share more details with us, because I noticed that after step one, my mixture wasn't as creamy as yours. What percentage of fat did your milk have? Can you tell us which cream cheese you used? I have the exact same baking pan as you, but after the last step, the mixture was only halfway up the baking pan, whereas yours was 3/4 full. Something seems to be missing or the ingredients I used have different properties. I actually even weighed the egg whites and egg yolks to have all same. THANK YOU :)

Guys! This recipe was sooo delicious!😊 You have to try it😁. Don't skip the sieving step, though😂 Also, make sure your eggs are at room temperature, else the peaks won't be as stiff. Made the mistake of using refrigerated eggs, so the first meringue couldn't stiffen. Tried it the second time, and I over-whipped the meringue, making it so thick, it formed lumps. So, I decided to use half of the over-whipped one, all of the under-whipped, and what seemed to be 3/4 tsp baking powder, and it still turned out great to taste. Also, your cooking time might be much longer than what was stated. Just make sure the top browns nicely, or that a knife or toothpick comes out clean.

Pretty good, though I prefer the smooth cheesecake recipe I usually make; This is a bit too much like a giant, extra thick and moist pancake in texture, good, but too much like flour based cake for my preference. It was fun to try making it though, thank you for sharing! __ This is the one I like to make, a reduced carb super silky cheesecake. 500g cream cheese 1C cream 1/2C sour cream 3 Eggs 1tsp vanilla* 1/2 C Xylitol + Stevia or Monk Fruit to taste Flavourings of choice (*Plain vanilla Counts. My fav was to use some vanilla and 1/4C of dutch processed cocoa, I also used a very ripe banana and a little banana flavouring in a different batch and it turned out great) Few TBSP Softened Butter Almond Flour Nuts of Choice or Keto Cookie Crumbs Preheat oven to 325°F For the crust, put the butter, almond flour, and nuts/crumbs in a blender to combine, then pat it down into the bottom of a springform pan or two large ramekins lined with parchment paper Throw the rest of the ingredients into the blender and blend until super, super, smooth (at least 2 minutes) Pour batter into ramekins over the crust Bake at 325°F for around 40-50 minutes until the center just starts to set, then allow to cool slowly in the oven (crack the door open) for half an hour before refrigerating. The filling should still jiggle, but it will firm up when cooled.

I see you baked it on the bottom of the oven, not on a rack. Please explain what is the best way to bake it at home??

I guess they bake it on the bottom because it's the oven that they have, but you can certainly back on rack. Just use the same method as far as adding watter to that tray.
