Beautiful cake my oven is different from u is gas oven so I still have to open the door and rotate the pan and put the clothes by the door the way u do thanks

We tried baking this last Monday but after following all the instructions our cake sank....but it tastes good though...I’m not sure why it sank...is there any technique ...but definitely I will try baking it again...Thanks for the recipe....and for this video....

Sank... Oh my god... I guess cracks are most common failures at the process. You know, different tipes of ovens and technics. On KZbin, each one explains how to bake in their own way, making confusion. I only got success in my seventh time. Keep trying! 😂

The temperature for baking is 150•C 20mins then 150•C 25mins then 165•C 25mins right?Thanks!

The whole 70minutes is 150°c. I’m using an electrical industrial oven, the temperature goes up and down but best remains at 150°c throughout the whole 70minutes.

Hey there, the reason why the coco part still moist is probably because you over beaten the eggs whites. For beginners, you can try the original cheesecake recipe first (kzbin.info/www/bejne/pp63oGacfbBsq6c) Hope this helps! ✌🏻

I made this last night it was good. I have a question tho with eggs I used a weighing scale 78g whites is barely 3 eggs which one should I follow?
