My 500cc standard has that semsor, i want to put a round bend and short bottle exhaust, is it possible to disconnect that sensor, will bike run properly?

Better take that battery out. I'v seen batteries that exploded when wet. The water between the terminals acted as a conductor.

In my case just opposite my pulsar 180 at cold engine condition 200psi and after warm up 196psi

WD-40 is not a lubricant. It's a Water Displacement. It actually dries things out. Get yourself some white grease or penetrating oil.

It seems the RR was disconnected from the Alternator, before plugging in the multimeter probes... Does that mean the ignition from the battery to starter remained connected? I was just wondering because the Motorcycle appeared to be started from the ignition itself.

@singh5g you have done a favour. Believe G5 has got 500 cc engine. I wanted similar readings for my 350cc uce and I believe I can add a few rpms more to your readings ceteris paribus.

The wire moulded into the swicth broke off flush when I was on a run. Why don't RE put a spade connector on top of the switch? Then changing it would be far easier. Most annoying.

Dialectic grease is an insulator which is great for ariund spark plug boots to stop arking. I guess a lot of people still think dielectric grease is an electrical conductor which it isn't obviously. I use both conducting grease and dielectric grease for different purposes
