for those also scrolling around, this works and is VERY fun!!! the only issue (i've encountered) is if your printers have different margins and can't print borderless via their respective apps. so play with finding a mutual center if things print slightly off for you!

Question, how do you keep you stickers flat while displaying them to customers?
@JustMightDIY10 күн бұрын
Hey. We don’t sell our stickers. However, the best way to keep things flat is to not get them curled in the first place. Be careful when you’re removing them from the mat. Hope this helps!

Does this machine requires to be connected to the computer at all times during usage or just the power plug? I got an offer for it for 200$ not sure if I should go for it.
@JustMightDIY10 күн бұрын
Hey! It does not need to be connected to the computer at all times. It just needs power. We did have to activate it through the computer the first time though.

@JustMightDIY26 күн бұрын
Hi! Can you clarify your question?
@111tessaj26 күн бұрын
yes, when I foil my labels the whole page gets foiled 😅 not just the black words it's a clear label black letters laser printer @@JustMightDIY
@JustMightDIY25 күн бұрын
@111tessaj Ah okay. We googled this issue, and some clear labels have this problem - even when some batches work fine from the same brand, unfortunately. So, it’ll just be trial and error with that different products. What are you using that labels for?
@111tessaj25 күн бұрын
😅 my luck i was going to say they worked beautiful for me before. Its for the labels for my hair care line. My actual products are a beautiful blue green color and i used the teal foil. It worked for my shampoo and conditioner. That's it though. Thank you for looking it up i was going insane trying all different ways. @@JustMightDIY

Love the video and have been looking at the ET15000 for some time to convert. Does the ink automatically stop when the tanks are full? I have the Epson ET 16500 for regular printing and I have over filled the tanks a time or two. Don't want to do that with this one too!

We justl purchased this mug press. We have tried a dozen times using a 15 oz mug with an image that covered most of the mug. The only problem we are having is that the edges next to the handle are not vibrant. Is there a specific distance we need to keep from the handle?
@JustMightDIYАй бұрын
It's about half an inch from any edge of the heated surface. That's where it temp runs down and doesn't sublimate quite right. Hope this helps!
@Maple_MomАй бұрын
I'm new to your channel... and wondering if you've done any videos of sublimation on bare wood? I was about to test the polycrylic matte on bare wood as I'm looking for a more muted print that may even show some grains through the images. I remember sublimating on wood YEARS ago with no prep other than fine grit sanding, but now I can't remember how it turned out. The images would have a clear matte coat put on after to protect from fade, but just wasn't sure about prep. (Getting tired of cutting stencils and using wood stain for everything, especially fixing the bleeds after. )
@JustMightDIYАй бұрын
We have done sublimation on bare wood and it does take, better on less dense wood. But I don't believe we published a video about it specifically but this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/a2eWhYprq8iBgsUsi=ZYWhJT-lP29xAqUQ Has an example of how it turned out Starting around the 3 minute mark

Do you both know if there is a way to print multiple pages of the same project and then cut them all one after the other? I’m new to my cricut machine and I’m trying to figure this out. Thank you
@JustMightDIY23 күн бұрын
Hey! There is! You should just be able to stay on that final screen. You can either keep clicking back to the print step or just print multiple copies. As long as it’s on the cut screen and you load a mat and press the button, it will keep cutting the same shapes.

Can you convert to sublimation if it has been used to inkjet?
@JustMightDIYАй бұрын
Yes, but you would need a kit to wash out all the old ink jet ink. It's messy. It costs time. And it really shortens the lifespan of the machine. We think it is more appropriate to get one and start the sublimation conversion immediately. BTW. Ours has been working great for 2+ years now

Is there a general amount of space that you leave from the handle of the mug to the edge of the image? I recently purchased an auto press and want to avoid the faded edges where it might not get enough heat. thank you
