Can You Etch a Sublimation Tumbler with Citristrip?

I was afraid the coating on the tumbler would melt/burn using a laser as it contains polymers (plastic) for the inks to grab onto. Interesting.

I’m hearing debate about if the sublimated tumblers are safe to engrave with a laser. Thoughts?

Hey! We haven’t encountered that debate and did not have any issues with these. However, we always recommend engraving in a well ventilated space (and/or with proper filtration), as well as consulting product safety data sheets when possible. Happy crafting!
