I am really enjoying watching this series because this was one of the first games I played all the way through as a kid and got really into the story and franchise but I beg you: please please please stock items more frequently - especially before boss battles! - and use them during battles! at this stage, you should probably sell everything (except for the triangle items which you should really be using directly from the menu more) and just stock every party member with ethers so they can replenish their magic gauge

Never be afraid to make things. The accessories you have and can get through chests will for the most part reduce damage. Item synthesis makes these boosts more accessible. Plus, having a bunch of shards and gems won't help you in the long run if all you do is either sell them or just leave them there.

I love this game I think cuz it's got the light hearted comedy of Disney but also Final Fantasy which is often very not light hearted. Makes for an incredible experience

I was wondering about Riku fighting with you (@ 2:04:09 ) because I didn't remember that and I found a forum thread titled "Secret scene in Monstro" from Jan 1, 2006 on the site Kingdom Hearts Insider about an alternate Monstro scene for Riku as posted by Xemmories. I had no idea there were alternative scenes depending on what you do / don't do or the order you do things!

Robin Williams had a feud with Disney after Aladdin and refused to work with them for a while afterward. This was Dan Castellanetta (Voice of Homer Simpson) who voiced Genie in Return of Jafar, Aladdin animated series, and other media.

Where have you been girl? Anyway THIS is the Genie voice from "The Return of Jafar"! The sequel movie to "Aladdin". You're right though, he also does HOMER from 'The Simpsons" too! Also in MONSTRO the Whale Riku still doesn't realize that Maleficent is manipulating him so she can just USE him to her advantage. By the way in your next part I suggest you warp back to the Monstro point and continue on to the next world from there.

New watcher here but ive seen some vods of your other playthroughs of Nier, FF16 and Stellar Blade these past weeks and i loved every second of it!😊 Can't wait to see what else you might play in the future.

On normal Glass canon is fine, on Critical always pick shield and give up sword. You need all the defense you can get lol.

My first playthrough i did 100% and level all the way to 99 and beat the game.

I love how this game switches to sci fi halfway through (even though it kinda has been the whole time). Such a cool genre change.

What an ending! I long thought there was something missing from the base game, and this ending is just perfect. Taro Yoko's works really manage to touch us in a way few others do, in addition to using the video game medium to tell their stories, and that's why I love them so much. I have a slight preference for Automata because its themes resonate more with me, but Replicant is also very high on my list of favorite works (especially with the remake and that ending E). Anyway, if you'd like to learn more about the director of these games, there's an amazing documentary on the KZbin channel "Archipel" that I highly recommend. Thank you for these let's plays, I really enjoyed revisiting these games through your perspective!

I hope if Agrabah returns as a world in KH4, it will be based on “Aladdin & The King of Thieves”

Every year around this time, I try to find a Let's Play I haven’t seen yet to soak in that feeling of discovery, the joys and the sorrows. To be honest, it's a game I got the year it was released, during a difficult time, so let's just say I was pretty low for a big part of the game. But the ending really moved me. As a video game, it's already amazing because the idea is just fantastic, and in a broader sense too-it reminds you that you're not alone and that your path isn't set in stone. Anyway, thanks for this little year-end gift, I really enjoyed following you even though English isn't my first language. Can't wait to watch Replicant!

Then you must try Persona 5 Royal. Highly recommended, my opinion it's better than Metaphor Refantazio in many aspects. Give it a consideration.
