I often get eczema flareups on my hands which means I need to wear gloves if I have open wounds.

Not a fan of this days food. Mostly sugar and high carbs. Fruit, and potato chips. My daily food is a lot different approach. First I only eat two meals max per day. My daily diet allow consist of the same theme. 12 to 16 oz salad with 90 percent spinach along with 1 Roma tomato, lettuce greens, 1 to 1/2 cucumber, 2 to 3 tbsp of ground flax seed, nutritional yeast, sugar free salad dress, 1 oz of cheese, 1 to 2 tbsp of butter/olive oil, 8 oz of protein, and 3/4 to 1 lb of wilted/steamed broccoli, spinach, cabbage, zucchini/summer squash, or other low carb vegetables. 50 net grams of carbs max per day. Green/black tea, coffee, water - no sugar. Also Mother apple vinegar cider with lemon in water. And daily vitamins. I don't eat any sugar, fruit except as a cheat meal, no bread, flour, rice, potatoes, or process snacks or frozen foods. I could cut out my meat and dairy and go all vegan and just eat nuts and beans. I also don't eat vegetables high in sugars like corn and potatoes. I grew up as a vegetarian that ate dairy. We bought a lot of soy protein meats. We didn't hardly eat any added sugar but we did eat potatoes or pasta with every meal with lots of homemade bread. Most people in todays world are all fat or obese due to eating a diet mostly from high carbs from fruit, pasta, bread, rice, potatoes and sugar or high carb process foods. Sugar should not be in a Vegan diet at all. If you eat sugar and high carbs, you are not really living a vegan life style. Your actually just a person that eats sugar/high carbs process foods without meat or dairy. I think the only process food I have eaten in the last month was Stevia and I bought some 1 carb tortillas for fish tacos. My favorite food each day is my huge salad with spinach and other vegetables. This about a 1000 to 1200 calorie diet. If need more calories I can add protein, fat or carbs.

Hi William, this video is called what I eat in a day, not what you ate in a day. I am just one example of plant based eating. If you want to start a youtube channel and share what you eat in a day, where I hope you find the audience that better resonates with you and your content.

The issue with this Vegan grocery haul and meal plans is that you live on mostly a protein diet with high amounts of carbs from process foods, and sugars. Most people that eat vegan or vegetarian don't eat heathy at all. They eat large amounts of carbs from bread, rice, pasta, process foods, along with high sugar vegetables. A true vegan shouldn't be over weight or fat. Both of you in this video prove that you don't understand heathy meal planning. Get rid of all of the process proteins and food and just stick to a legume and vegetable base diet. Stop eating all of the foods made with process flour. If you don't eat meat why try to have the texture or taste of meat or fish. I'm not currently a vegan or vegetarian, but I don't eat any sugar, process carbs like pasta, bread, rice, or any process frozen or box foods. NO Sugar. I eat max 50 net carbs per day. That means I eat about 1 1/2 lbs of vegetables per day, 1 oz cheese, 8 oz of protein: eggs, beans, meat or fish. Even eating meat my diet is 10 x heathier than your vegan diet with the way you eat. Why waste hundreds of dollars a month eating protein shakes and other process foods. You sound more like someone promoting a product rather than heathy Vegan diet. More and more Vegan and Vegetarians are over weight due to all of the carbs and sugars they eat with protein. You can't eat hundred of grams of carbs a day with sugar and protein without gaining fat on you body. You also have to cut out all of the fruit from your diet to lose weight. You two look like you live off of carbs and sugar. Cut your grocery bill in 1/3 and just eat real fresh vegan foods. 90 percent vegetables with up to a cup of cooked beans daily.

I tried the peach salsa on some flounder without breading using a 1 net carb flour type tortilla. Very good. Sorry but vegan fish taste nothing like nor does it have the texture of real fish. I was vegetarian for 15 years and I have had my share of soy protein products made by Worthington Foods, Morning star, and Loma Linda products. Now a days soy or plant base protein meat flavor cost between 8 to 20 dollars a pound. Might a well just eat natural or make your own fake meats out of grains, beets, or other natural foods. Soy protein isn't that healthy.

Thank you so much for sharing this Taro latte recipe, combining with purple sweet potato to give it that beautiful purple color, and it just so happens I recently bought some purple sweet potato so that will come in handy with blending with the cooked taro, 20-25 min.and freezing in icecube tray means we can have our taro latte anytime we want. But in case I'm no longer able to buy purple sweet potato, could we use cooked beet? :D

Friend, everything looked so yummy! I say this every time, but I'm going to keep saying it: you've got heaps on your plate. Raising a kiddo is not easy. You don't have to apologize for not being consistent with video output. Your energy is allocated elsewhere, and that's fine!! It's okay! 💜

Yeah as the other commenter mentioned, it's just online for privacy purposes! I do find that since I've stuck with using they/them online, it seems to have normalized that for a lot of my audience who may not have people with they/them pronouns in their lives.

You are working so hard right now

"boat people" lmao The one ingredient I struggle with using up is celery!!! I like it in chickpea/tofu salad, but not in much else! I feel like if I could buy just two stalks of celery that would be ideal.
@Thevietvegan20 күн бұрын
Celery is SO versatile!! Stir fries, blended in soups, add to pasta sauce (cooked or blended). I often just throw it in like onion.
