When the engine passes 100 degree my engine works fine without any errors. My BMW has passed 160000km. I have already order Ista and ENET cable. Good advices from you will be appreciated. :-)) I have had many problem with my BMW 525D Xdrive last two years. Last thing I managed to replace turbo air charge hose, now my turbocharger seems to work, no more leakage. I have checked all my vacuum hoses and it is connected as the BMW original diagram shows. I have managed to solve m problems with level sensors too. Now there is no error and everything works. At many forums I read many people get "Dynamic damping control failure. Corner ability restricted". I have found out that the two balljoints of steel on each level sensors are rusted and this make the level sensors stop moving up and down. I unscrew the two 10mm screws which hold the plastic stag. I took out the steel balljoints. Remove all rust, remove all rust on the plastic stag too. Use steel wool to polish all balljoints. Use polygrip plier and press balljoints in place. Erase all fault codes. Now all 4 EDC shock absorbers works, Dynamic stabilization control works, VDM ( Vertical Dynamic management) works. Now I can use Sport and Sport+. I am proud i managed to repair withou any expences.
