Oh I feel you in terms of no sleep! I have a 15 month old (baby 5) who nurses throughout the night and refuses any kind of bottle. Ive tried "sleep training" a few nights and she wears me down! I feel more overwhelmed with house and homeschooling chores when I wake up and and am already tired.

Hi, i'm a new subscriber. Is it ok to buy the eggs from a grocery store instead of fresh eggs from a farm? I recently bought a home for me & my big pup and i drive 1h one way for school (ft student) and 2h the other way to work (ft working)... So i have little to almost no time to shop... I can purchase eggs in bulk but i was hoping i could waterglass those eggs as both my pup and i adore eating eggs!

I used Misfit Market for a year or so, they have a wonderful site for produce and other stuff. However my local FedEx driver kept throwing my "fragile" box and destroyed many items. But if you have a good driver it would be a wonderful choice!

The lids for the 1/2 gallon and gallon jars are discontinued. :( I purchased the jars and went to order the lids for next month; sadly, they're unavailable. There is a new alternate 1/2 and whole gallon jars with lids though :)

Love seeing your videos! I’m right there with you. I had a baby this summer and this boy just doesn’t sleep! We bounce on the exercise ball for 40 minutes and he might sleep 20 minutes after that. And with 6 kids it’s hard to commit that much of my day to baby sleep and still get done what I need to. Very quickly the garden, butchering and milk overflowed our house regularly. Then our babe got an infection and spent some time in the hospital that really threw me for a loop. Add that to no sleep overnight and it’s been one of my harder postpartums. I can’t imagine trying to start a business and running a KZbin channel on top.

Oh man, that sounds tough! Do you baby wear? That definitely has helped me get things done.

Do you have any videos where you talk about the varieties you grow? I am new to a colder growing zone (here in the UP) & am trying to find varieties good for storage and short seasons. Thank you so much for such a lovely video! Also, you are not alone. I have a ten month old & have not been sleeping for about six months lol

I’ve talked about it on Instagram, but not on KZbin. I could talk about this in a future video! ❤️

one thought I have on the baby being awake at night. and you are not probably going to agree at all with my ideas. at one point I was where you are, on the statement "this will kill me". have you considered giving the baby a bottle of milk....goats milk. and or a late, say 9 or 10 pm feeding of solid food. just to get him truly full and satiated, that he can sleep at least 3 or 4 straight hours. a teacher once said to me "life is a series of constant strategising"
@TheFromScratchFarmhouse9 күн бұрын
Oh I totally would! I should try to see if he will eat more because I agree that might help, but unfortunately I think I have become his pacifier. I don’t think he is hungry so much as looking for comfort. I’d actually try a bottle, but he flat out refuses them. Thank you for your suggestions!!

I wish they could figure out better shipping rates. Frustrating.
@TheFromScratchFarmhouse9 күн бұрын
You mean to ship by mail? They don’t control those. If you mean for the truck to deliver, I agree that I wish it was less, but I understand they have to pay for the expense of gas, truckers, etc.
@PuppyNutter38 күн бұрын
@TheFromScratchFarmhouse companies based on volume of shipments are absolutely able to negotiate their own rates, no matter the shipper.

This used to be the life of women in India. Cooking every meal for many kids. And they used to have large fields and farms, and whole families used to pick vegetables and fruits. I've seen this in my previous generation everywhere.

Think lots of problems with the way our culture approaches food is it’s not as nutritional as it used to be. That’s why we are always hungry, snacking, overweight and sick physically and mentally. It’s so scary!! I want to move away from processed foods and make most of the food for our family and my kiddos. I just don’t know how I’ll make some of the factories we have like slat and vinegar chips and spicy or sour things my husband and oldest enjoy….
