I bought this video from Radio shack back about 87 or 88. And i was mesmorized by it. The whole album was on a vcr tape. Every single song had beautiful videos to it. But Sculptures and Eagles path made you fly. David also did one for the mountains and forest as well. It was just as beautiful😉

Yessir, Radio Shack sold tons of the VHS tapes of this album and Natural States. There was also a chain called the Nature Company and they sold well there, too. Thanks for taking the time to comment, Pierre. 🎸🤩🎼

I really like these videos. They remind me of my childhood when I saw them on television. On Cuban television they were used when there was a problem in the transmission waiting to resume or when a live program was expected.

Thank you. I am not surprised to hear about their use on Cuban TV. Many people were also introduced to the videos via The Landscape Channel when it was still broadcasting.

There exists a moment, connected to a sound or song, that signifies a period of peace and growth as a human being. This song exemplifies such a time, at least in my life. 1991, I got the cassette album around September that year. 1 bedroom apartment, a 1979 AMC Concord DL, and a stable job. I was at least proud of myself. Over several changes in life, and plenty of not so peaceful times, I have found this song the most recognizable "Patronus" of that era. Thank you for creating such a wonderful portrait of inner harmonies.

June 17th, 1989, in a Wal-Mart in Sun City Center Florida, right outside of Ruskin. I heard this on the PA and went up to the electronics register to ask what it was. About a year later, exactly, I purchased the cassette tape in Atlantic City.

I'm glad I discovered this performance! Paul, what guitar were you playing on this tour? Looks similar to the chambered Godin A6, though without controls and the exposed pickup.
@PaulSpeerMusicАй бұрын
Hi Marc, it was made by Charvel and I no longer have it and don't recall the model. Worked great for live performance. I used my Charvel 750XL for the rest of the concert.

This song is a timeless.masterpiece! Approached at just the right time and in the right frame of mind. It changes you and washes a lot of the crap of this world away precisely when you need it to. And boy, we all need that in this day and age! Yes, I've commented before. The point is that this piece will stick with you forever! Once heard, you won't forget it! It creeps into the crevices of your mind and reminds you to listen again (and again and yet again) just at the right time an in the right moment of need. Forever grateful for this amd so much more of your music8, Paul! You rock!❤

I stumbled upon this song on Apple Music, and it instantly transported me back to the late 80s in Mexico. I'm convinced it was part of a nostalgic ad campaign. That's why I came here, trying to find out where. The flood of emotions and memories it brought was overwhelming. As I read through the comments, I was moved to find that many others shared a similar sentiment of reconnecting with their childhood. This tune seems to have had a profound impact on all of us, providing a comforting soundtrack to our younger years
