Go back over the last 5-10 years and look at how many volcanoes have blown their tops. Add in the volume and velocity...and you'll see where I'm going with this. Disclaimer...Not scare mongering here. Aaah, but the scientists say this and that. Forget the scientists for a while. Let's use commonsense. What caused the last ice age to end.? Yep. Global warming. Brought on by what.? We humans weren't here to cause the warming effect. I present to you Exhibit A. Now reintroduce scientists into the discussion. They believe that there has been not one, but two periods of separate ice ages. All gone, by the time we were on the scene. Enjoy your life.

This looks just like an action movie. They're not paying attention when the lava creeps up, and they are caught off guard and all become encircled and trapped. Then the peak spews out a load that lands on people, and they're screaming. Then the ground cracks open and people fall in, screaming. Then a chopper comes to save them, but they all fight for the ladder and kick each other into the crevice, screaming. So the chopper tries to land, but the ground is too unstable, and people swamp the chopper and it has trouble lifting off and crashes into the side of the mountain with people screaming. Then the hero comes in with a bulldozer and builds a land bridge over the lava, but it is very temporary. So the people have to run over it, but they're afraid. The hero at least manages to save his ex-wife that he's been trying to get back with. Meanwhile her new fiancé, who's been throwing people into the crevice, in order to save himself, is going over the land bridge just as it melts into the lava. So the hero saves his ex and a couple kids, and a few other people, and the family is back together again. Yay, a happy ending.

Are people really that stupid? Where are their brains? Are they trying to be all cool to stand next to a volcano with a bunch of dumbasses learn the hard way
