Great video. Excellent content. I picked up the quartz version a few months ago and the Ameriquartz movement is incredibly accurate. I also like the fact that they have brought quality watch making back to the USA. The automatic in your video is eye catching with the display back and smooth sweep of the seconds hand. I hope Vaer does well and thanks for the review.

Found my white dial ocw-600 and placed it in my window sill for a couple of days lo and behold it is up and running in 2025. Going to check if its receiver still works.

Good review Nice looking watch. I like the size, 40 - 42mm is my sweet spot. The case looks good. I like the pointed hour hand much more than a squared off tip. Not impressed with the clasp. My wrist is a touch over 9", so I hope it can be sized to fit.

Wayne did inform me he forgot to put in the rest of links as he had sized it for his smaller wrist. That said, I cannot confirm how many links will come with the bracelet. Since your wrist is well above average, I would reach out to Duzu once they go on preorder to ask if enough links for your wrist can be included.

@@Andy_TheGreat they know how to design watches. This is a large watch at 44mm, so yes the lug to lug is long. This is a bigger watch for those that like a bigger watch. The majority of watches RZE makes is 40mm, including a 40mm diver called the Endevour, which based on your comment, would better suit you. Not everyone has a small wrist or likes small watches, just like not everyone has a large wrist etc. Lots of watches out there to suit people’s tastes and sizes. 👍

I absolutely love the watch and everything about it. However, as an owner, dealing with the QC issues has been a nightmare…Vulcain has completely ghosted me. Owning this watch has become nearly impossible, as they seem to push them out the door with no regard for after-sales support. Even the authorized dealer I purchased it from hasn’t been able to get in touch with anyone at Vulcain. It’s incredibly disappointing, to say the least.

I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for over 9 weeks now. I even contacted the dealer who sold me the watch, but they haven’t heard back from Vulcain in weeks either. The social media team just keeps telling me to email them, which makes me think the social accounts are likely outsourced and not managed internally. 🤷♂️

Interesting bracelet. Pity about the hours hand and small size. And the case side is too Khuraburi. Love that D2, it's a gorgeous beast.

Nice, but also agree that bracelet should be tapered. I would also prefer the brushed version to have white indices and edges to hands (they are polished on that model)

Good video and review! The lack of taper on the bracelet ruins it for me. I also am not a fan of the clasp that is used on this model. I like the style of the bracelet. The head of the watch looks excellent!

great watch. Have a line 1919, perfect quality for the price. But I wish they could modify their T10 and equip it in more models of their watch. Can’t see myself buying this chrono if it’s not their in-house movement, even though I very much like the looks of it.

I prefer the 600 for a few reasons. The bezel having numbers all the way around instead of just the first 15, the case back showing the movement as the 300 has a solid case back with a mirror polished center that scratches if you breath on it and most importantly the movement, the 600 has their T10 manufacture movement, with a much higher power reserve. Now the price has gone up quite a bit since this review, but compared to the 300’s price I still would go for the 600.

The watch as a whole is pretty cool. I like its legibility and the toolish aesthetics. The lug curvature suggests a good fit on a variety of wrist sizes. But I think the bracelet should at least have some taper. And lastly, I don't like this particular kind of clasp. While offering toolless adjustability they look unsightly when expanded and can feel a bit rattly. There are better alternatives available.

I'd like to see a black outline on the hands to improve quick glance legibility and perhaps a red painted tip on the seconds hand. And I always like quick-release spring-bars on bracelets.

Close to pulling the pin on either the Black Ceramic Meteorite or the Titanium Dark Blue Adventurine dial. Giving it a couple more days before I commit. Any advice from owners of this watch. 7" wrist, like a smaller watch.

What I do like: the bezel. What I don't mind are the metal pieces. Once they're installed they kind of create an integrated look. What I don't like are 4 o'clock crown, I'm sick of seeing them on non-Seiko watches.

In fairness so does a Rolex Submariner and a lot of other watches. I don't particularly care for all the writing on watch dials but it's not uncommon either.
