Freud was actually against the idea and even set strict regulations in schooling systems to ensure uniformity. Aitris is ENTJ. They get confused as introverts a lot because of Ni parent. Remember, Ni users are generally against their judgement functions, as opposed to Si users. But the best way to understand them is actually an angry or vengeful INTP. Aitris is the exact shadow self of Krea, as Krea is to Aitris.

I answered a query in Quora about forming a particular type of ZOOM support topic group. I said I would join only IF the following conditions were met, and proceeded to go down a list of what I believed would be healthy and unhealthy for such a group. I backed my judgment up by saying that my opinions were based on years and years of experience in similar groups, and what I have seen work and what I’ve seen fail. Well, just as I thought, I received no response nor any invitation. Many people don’t like to hear the cold, nuts and bolts forethought that many of us INTJs have, because it isn’t warm and fuzzy especially if dealing with support groups. I’ve observed the patterns and sequential negative changes that often lead to groups’ demise, throughout the years, or, at the very least, their dysfunction. Anyway, I know that this group would not be for me because whomever would be forming it would not be willing to preempt the problems before they happen. Then there would be wasted time and energy trying to repair the messes that could have been avoided, thus taking the focus away from the original reason for the group’s formation. As a typical seasoned INTJ, I would eventually just get frustrated and leave, not stick around to clean up the mess that I tried to prevent.
