So, due to lack of SEO your videos don't reach to target audience and don't rank on KZbin. That's why your Videos do not get much audience,views, likes and comments which limits your channel growth. after! usually after weights you'd want stretches that you can hold for a little longer (which is what I do in this vid). before doing weights you'd want something more dynamic to get the muscles moving
