Hello Vivian Fong , hope you are well. I also follow you on KZbin. Your videos are amazing and helpful but your channel is not perfectly SEO. So, due to lack of SEO your videos don't reach to target audience and don't rank on KZbin. That's why your Videos do not get much audience,views, likes and comments which limits your channel growth. Without SEO any channel don't grow organically. so you should SEO your videos. Hope you have understood what I said. Have a nice day. Thanks

after! usually after weights you'd want stretches that you can hold for a little longer (which is what I do in this vid). before doing weights you'd want something more dynamic to get the muscles moving
