Hi Everyone! This is Day 2 of a 7 day morning movement challenge I am doing here! Here is a 13 minute side body mat pilates focused flow. I love this because warming up the side line is such a good workout on its own, or you can pair it with other spinal movements and it'll feel much easier because your body is more opened. Remember to celebrate yourself for showing up and giving your best! Enjoy!!
