Thank you the H1B guy. I were march 30, 2023 priority date for EB2 NIW rest of the world and were waiting only 15 days to advance and this today I came to know the date moved to 01 April 2023. I am very happy I am going to receive my green card next month. Thank you you predicted to April 15 2023 for EB2 rest of world and you were near. I just wanted to move to April 01 and it was enough. Thank you brother. You are doing your best to predict and give hope. A lot of people think you are USCIS who moved the date and try to blame you if the date date dont move. I have a question on the predictions. This is the Quarter where they move the Final action date. For EB3 India - they have to move at least 2 months per quarter to reach the final action date of July 2013. Based on this calculation they have to move at least 20 days per month to reach it. Why is your prediction just 1 week movement?

I have worked between April 20015 to Nov 2021 in India with an Indian company and the same company transfered me to USA on H1b in Nov 2021 with their US entity. So i was working for the US entity of the Indian company from Nov 2021 to Apr 2023 and then I resigned got my H1b transfered and started working for a german company here in USA. Now the US entity of Indian company has asked me to join them back so can i ask them to apply in L1A or EB1C category ? Am I eligible for both category for greencard?

I expect EB-3 DOF to move to 01SEP23 sometime before year end. DOL PERM is at AUG23. If EB-3 follows the EB-2 pattern, this should happen. DOF follows DOL's PERM adjudication dates (which means there is no point for DOF to be past PERM because there are no candidates with a certified PERM)

What would really add value is if USCIS or anyone else published a detailed explanation as to why USCIS did what they did in the October 2024 visa bulletin. I mean very detailed by country/by category etc none of that "demand is high supply is low" blurb they've been whining about for years. The public should not be guessing these things. It's simple arthritics, a first-year IT student could write an algorithm to generate this type of report.

Your forecast is miles off mate. EB2 ROW FAD is 15 March 2023. No movement. DOF is 1 August 2023. Very weird.
