Hi, I am software professional based in India. My daughter is 13 years old, she plays golf at national level and also participated in some international tournaments including US. She wants to excel in Golf and US is the best place for that because of the world class facilities and sports encouraging environment. Is there any chance we as family can get EB1 visa under Extra Ordinary capability on behalf of her, so that she can study & get better training in US while parents can work in US?

I don't believe employment based sponsorship is possible in your scenario. An O1 or P1 is most likely her best option, but I'm not certain if it's possible either with her being minor/dependent. Neither will grant you work authorization. I'd recommend consulting with sports agent first if she's highly ranked in the GJGR or WAGR. Hope this helps.
