What would really add value is if USCIS or anyone else published a detailed explanation as to why USCIS did what they did in the October 2024 visa bulletin. I mean very detailed by country/by category etc none of that "demand is high supply is low" blurb they've been whining about for years. The public should not be guessing these things. It's simple arthritics, a first-year IT student could write an algorithm to generate this type of report.

In what all months they will pick date of filling for employment based visas

We have 5 days in a week on when we expect the Visa bulletin to arrive, you predict 3 days out of those 5 days and still get it wrong. Moreover, since the last couple of years the most movements have been in the first month of every new quarter and you have always got the dates wrong for India. Please keep doing what you are doing at least we know what not going to occur.
