Selection took place on Friday, August 2nd. Those that were selected should be notified already but by no later than tomorrow.

You need to have an approved I140 before I765 called be filed.

Priority date: august 19,2020 Date of birth: October 29,1999 USCIS approval: September 19,2021 From my petition filing to petition approval, my category was current in visa bulletin. Although,it started changing in 2021 .. Does visa available affect cspa , if it was current from filling to approval?

Attorney didn't give any advice, he talked about only my previous category that was F2b..and said you have to wait for 5 years or more ... He didn't talk about this point

Yes it does although I haven’t seen anything on the official number that will be selected for regular cap.

As per the new notifications from UCICS, they have completed the second lottery. Please stay in touch with your employer.
