This video basically says: do personal appearance enhancements which are often influenced by societal standards of femininity, hint being worldly to please your husband. God asked of us to have spiritual values, do basic grooming, have self-acceptance not all this extra crap like personal appearance enhancements which in the bible is called outward adornment in 1 Peter 3:3-4 and says beauty should soley come from within. Submit to your husband without this fakery, outward adornment, but with other love language's like acts of service, quality time, physical touch. If this man is still not pleased with you, he seems grumpy, unintristed or disengaged i've got nothing else to tell you, but say that man you're married to don't love you like you love him. Whoever doesn't love you for your natural beauty is not meant for you. There's someone out there who will. You don't even got to try to use this fakery to be appealing to a man.

Am also on modesty journey. I have been convicted of makeup, nail polish and hair extensions….. I don’t wear form fitting clothes ….but not everyone agrees with my transformation. My pastor actually told me I am under the law and God only looks at the heart 😮

Being gentle and quiet is actually a form of self control. I'm not offended by this Bible verse at all. We don't admire or feel secure around short-tempered people, we run away from them.
